Malden Family Dental

Really nice doctor who came out just to chat with my son. Unfortunately, the admin failed to call and inform me that his insurance doesn’t cover the cleaning and that’d it be $ 125. After leaving work early, flying to pick him up from school in traffic etc… I was also told I was called more then once, and I was not. I most certainly was not called, not once. It’s just poor customer service.

I have to admit, initially I was very skeptical on coming here because of the Unilocal reviews, but its completely a different and a better experience.
The dentist is just awesome. I am talking about Dr Mann, and yes I want to repeat the same from what Jeff said. She is simply awesome, she really is gentle and precise. Dr Mann is actually really nice even though she yelled at me for not flossing. (Actually, I haven’t been flossing months, so its my fault)
So who ever that Hindu doctor is that lady is complaining about, I have no clue about and its definitely not Dr. Mann.
Now about the setting. The lobby is a relaxing sage and every staff member there is happy and friendly. I’ve been here like four times, so I only feel so bad that I don’t know everyone’s names yet… but they’re all great.
Anyway, I do recommend Malden Family Dental & your mouth will be smiling more than usual.

I dont usually do this but I think this place was poorly represented by the other Unilocaler. I wanted a quick and easy place that accepted my insurance and this place was more than accommodating. The female Hindu dentist whose name is Dr Mann is actually really nice even though she yelled at me for not not flossing. I prob deserved it but she did it out of love. I got a great teeth cleaning and even though i got some water over me, I cant complain and have sparkly teeth. I also left with a goodbag and a smile. So dont trust every bad rant and rave.

The female Hindu dentist in this practice has the bedside manner of a rabid dog. They also will not give you an appointment past one is the afternoon. The dentist was quite nasty with me about not being able to keep my mouth wide enough, and made some rather inappropriate comments to her colleagues as to why I needed the work that I did. At the end of the day I am a paying customer who deserves to be treated with respect, and I wasn’t here. will be looking for a different dentist immediately.
