Tung Hoy is only a memory, but what a memory it is!!! Still searching for CANTONESE as awesome as it was. The most delicious old fashioned Cantonese, Of course, the #4 Combination Plate: Start with Wonton Soup, then Spare Ribs, Egg Roll and Fried Rice — THE. BEST. EVER!!! Shrimp and Lobster Sauce — to die for!!!
Salivating as I write this. I guess we need to learn how to make it ourselves. :(

i remember when they were in larchmont on post rd the food was excellently tasteful & perfectly prepared a must try if you love great food.

Words can’t really express how much I miss Tung Hoy. I have such great memories of my family getting together for delicious meals here. Places like this don’t exist anymore. This distinctive variety of Chinese-​American food is extinct. Where Tung Hoy once stood with all its character, warmth and deliciousness, now stands another bank. Oh, and before they knocked down the building to put up the bank, Chabad was operating out of the old Tung Hoy space… that makes me laugh. Add Tung Hoy to the long list of out of business restaurants I frequented and loved growing up.
