Awesome rental. Great location. Near Vons, RiteAid, library, ski equipment rentals and various restaurants. 2 bedroom with loft is perfect for about 10 people. Spa & sauna available after long day of skiing. Perfect for skiing or winter retreat. We were here for a youth hockey tournament and we were within walking distance. Easy access to the Village and ski lifts. Can’t wait to make plans for next Christmas season.

We own a condo unit and are extremely happy with Sierra Manors. I prefer spring and summers there and it’s a prime location for walking to everything in Old Mammoth. The shuttle stops are close for anywhere else. The management is quick to react to anything needed and we never have problems, just a great time!

Sorry… Lots of loud people with no respect. Too bad too, because the location is nice. The Management is pretty good too(excellent snow removal), but the people this place attracts ruins it. I think they recently painted the place. Oh well.

A friend booked Sierra Manors for one of our recent ski trip. Just a block away from Rite Aid Pharmacy and couple steps from Stop #10 of the REDLINE(that would take you to the main lodge in the Mammoth Mountain Ski Area). The village is also a couple minutes away from Sierra Manors. Price is reasonable during our stay, but I am not too crazy about the apartment. It is definitely a pain to be dragging all your luggages to the 2nd story of the apartment complex during a snow storm and when there was 3 feet of snow covering the stairs. For an apartment that sleeps 6, there is only 1 bedroom with a king size bed in it. Upstairs attic loft have mattress, but I really hated the spiral stairs that I have to climb. The worst part is that there is only one(1) bathroom, and the hot water only last for approximately five(5) minutes. I guess this is another choice of price vs. comfort.
