As the other reviewers stated.BEWARE.They will take your money and will not fix anything or return calls.
We had an issue with the fridge leaking, came out, looked at it and made the leak worse after he left.
Lesson learned, $ 175 wasted… Never again! True scam artist in eevry form.

Terrible customer service people.
Techinican removed the door to our washer/​dryer, then refused to put it back up. When he finally did, all he did was lean it against the frame. Door came off and hit me in the head and the bearings on the door were broken.
They refused to do anything about it.
They only answer the phone at a messaging center and then hope someone calls you back.
Will never use them again

Terrible service, beware!
We had their service for a washer. When we called the phone went to some messaging center. Messaging center staff doesn’t know anyone at the company or if they have an office or a direct number. There is no direct number to call them. You leave a message and then someone may contact you back. They came to fix our washer, opened the panel and noticed that the belt was broken, so replaced the belt. Didn’t even inquire the root cause of why the belt was broken. They charged us 125 dollars to replace the belt which took 15 minutes. The next day, when we used washer, it started smoking. We called and left messages at the messaging center four times and our call was not returned until next day. The guy on the phone told us that the reason for the smoke is that transmission in broken and would cost another $ 475 to fix. When asked, why he didn’t look into it when he came to fix it, he said he didn’t know. So our first repair of $ 125 was down the drain and he would charge us again for replacing transmission plus belt. This level of dishonesty in unacceptable. The customer service is non-​existent with this company. I would not recommend using them.
