LMC Cleaning Services

I went through numerous cleaning companies over the past few years, and have never been satisfied. I am a former Marine and I actually briefly worked for a cleaning company years ago. Needless to say, I have pretty high standards when it comes to how my home is cleaned. LMC goes above and beyond every single time, and I have been using their services for almost a year now, a record!
1) With other companies, I had set up biweekly cleanings. After LMC’s first cleaning, the house was still so clean after two weeks I changed to monthly cleanings. That is how thorough they are.
2) I have an 11-​year old son, so you can imagine what his room looks like. A mini-​LEGOLAND. I asked the cleaners to just feather dust and vacuum, nobody should have to navigate through the Legos, lol. Still, every month I come home and the Legos are organized, the furniture is dusted, the bed is made beautifully, etc.
3) The little touches make a huge difference. The throw blankets on the couch will be folded in a cute design and the paper towels and toilet paper are folded intricately. Also, and this is huge for me, everything is put back into its proper place after being cleaned. I can’t tell you how crazy it would make me to find all of my stuff just moved around willy-​nilly. They really put care and attention into their job, and it shows.
So, long story short, if you’re looking for a cleaning company– Call Lisa! She is responsive and professional, and I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful her team is. You will never call another cleaning company again!

I have only had one cleaning done by LMC. The cleaning was quick, yet thorough. The ladies dusted everywhere, from fans to baseboards, and even washed my dishes! They made it a point in asking me if I was satisfied and asked that I inspect the house before they left. The only downside for me was that the price I was quoted for monthly cleanings was a little steep for my budget. I also wish phone calls and emails were returned a little faster.

Received a very nice message and follow-​up call from the owner over the mix-​up in not initially contacting me. I plan on giving her company a try as they come with a high recommendation from a friend.

I’ve been in my town home going on 4 years now. Never has it had a really ‘deep’ cleaning.
Since my Son & his wife have a new baby and she’s at that crawling age, I decided it was time.
There are so many choices out there. I decided I wanted a local and independently owned business. After doing a fair amount of research, I decide on LMC.
Talking with Lisa gave me a sense that she’s committed to her business and would do a good job at a reasonable price.
We talked through everything and I like that she doesn’t require a contract and all of her staff are employees and not contractors, she’s licensed and bonded.
Before they came, Lisa sent me a checklist of what to expect.
They arrived at the appointment time and did an excellent job.
I’m very pleased with the results and the service and the cost is in line with the market.

I have decided to cancel the cleaning of our home. I had a fairly frank conversation with the owner when I hired her. The conversation pertained to my previous cleaning company regarding an incident with my stove top and the previous cleaning service that denied any liability because his team never told him and did not text him a photo of the damage. Lisa was very reassuring about her team and the fact they are a smaller service, better attention etc.
Well, I suppose that the nature of the business is denial of damages puts the onus on the homeowner to prove loss and the cleaning service dusts their hands together saying, «Not my problem».
I have a broken artifact in my dining room and the chip was left on my buffet and her team never mentioned it to her or me. I have also discovered a snapped crystal on a lamp in the master bedroom, again no mention of either damage.
Then the cleaning of an $ 8000 sculpture caused it to fall and break. The loss of the sculpture is unbearable and was caused by sloppy and improper cleaning. I should not have to walk through my home and identify the value of articles in and about in order to have the cleaning crew treat them any differently than a Pier One article. All articles should be treated with the utmost care. Nor should I have to remove valuable artwork from the walls every two weeks when the crew comes to clean. If that were the case, I would have no artwork or articles on display in my home.
I wish the valuables in my home were as important to her crew as they are to us.
So, please know that the cleaning crew is supposed to take a picture of anything they break and text to the owner. What a joke. They do not and then when an owner calls about damages the «well they didn’t send a photo» conversation starts. What scam. I need to start a business whereby I can enter someone’s home to clean it, damage and destroy and say… well they never sent me a photo.

LMC services has cleaned my house for 6 years. The cleaning service is honest and thorough, and does a fantastic job. Lisa is honest, forthright, and responsible. Any problems are dealt with immediately. We have dealt with several cleaning companies and Lisa is head and shoulders above the rest. I have recommended this company to many friends and neighbors and the feedback I have gotten is a resounding «Great!» LMC is highly recommended.

I have used multi different cleaning people and they are the best… prices are good and Lisa the owner is very personable and keeps you updated. They do a great job and are so worth the money.

I used LMC for a move out clean and OMG they did an amazing job. After spending a week moving the last thing I wanted to do was clean my old place. The apartment looked brand new after they were done. I’ve used many house cleaning services in the past and this one was far superior to anyone else. Definitely recommend.

We have been using LMC for twice monthly cleanings for nearly a year, and I could not be happier with the service… both the cleaning and the customer service. Lisa and her crew (s) are wonderful people who do a great job… they genuinely care. Pricing is very competitive as well. I give them my highest recommendation.

I have used LMC several times now, and I keep coming back for more. The service is excellent, and they do a FANTASTIC job. My stovetop has never looked so good, and they vacuum the stairs, the furniture, clean the baseboards — all the things I should be doing but don’t have time for. They even add special touches, like folding the bathroom towels nicely and vacuuming a pattern onto the stairs — I know that sounds silly, but trust me — it is awesome. Everyone is courteous, polite and accommodating. I would recommend Lisa and her crew to anyone who wants a very thorough cleaning done in their home.

I have been using LMC since September 2012. I continue to spoil myself and can’t say enough about the personal service they provide! The owner Lisa and her crew are very nice and friendly and don’t leave a corner unturned.
My home is squeaky clean and smells fantastic! They are so good to my dog and provide many personal touches to the service they provide. The plastic bags in the bathroom trash cans, emptying the trash and folding our towels like they do in a hotel are just some of the things you can expect.
I wanted to update my post as now I have been using their service for some time and can say that Lisa and crew are reliable, flexible and hard working ladies — awesome!

I am so happy when I open the door and see the LMC cleaning employees! They are very thorough, meticulous even. I was amazed the first time they cleaned my house, the owner was with the crew and she even cleaned inside the under-​side of my garbage disposal rim with a brush. I never even thought of cleaning there! My gas rangetop was so spotless, I was amazed. Lisa (owner) listened to all my housekeeping concerns and addressed each one. For example, I was worried about bedbugs being dragged in from other houses. She let me know they use clean rags for each house, and they change the vacuum cleaner bag between houses. They use animal and kid friendly cleaning products. The whole team is very quick, and respectful of requests (like don’t go in this room at all, etc.) I am really picky and particular about my house cleaning, and LMC has never disappointed me! I really can’t say enough about them. I have been through several cleaning services, and none were anywhere near as professional and thorough as LMC. They do such a good job it ACTUALLY makes me happier. for days :)

I have now been with LMC Cleaning another year and a half, and I STILL LOVE THEM! They are hands down the BEST cleaning service in the area.

LMC is amazing! I found them through my neighbor and was beyond pleasantly surprised!!! They are professional, curious and reasonably priced. They are also very good to their staff. They leave reminder cards, call in advance and always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! The best part is my house is always spotless when they have left.
I have to admit, I consider myself to be very picky and a bit of a neat freak. Lisa (one of the owners) pointed out areas on my stove buttons and some other areas in my house that even I had been missing. She is beyond thorough. She does the equivalent of the white glove test after every cleaning. I have used at least 6+ cleaning services in my 12 years in Northern VA and LMC is simply the BEST!!! You couldn’t find a better crew!

I found LMC Cleaning Services through Living Social and I scheduled them to clean my house last week. When I arrived home late that evening, I almost dropped to my knees and shed tears of joy. No joke. They cleaned EVERYTHING. I have a dog and a cat and I’m not the neatest person in the world, so they had a major chore on their hands from the get-​go. I even kept the basement door closed assuming they wouldn’t clean it (nor expecting them to because that’s where I stashed all of my junk), and not only did they clean my basement, but they cleaned the laundry room too! They even put clean sheets on my bed! I have booked them for a once-​a-​month cleaning (all my budget permits at this point), but I would highly recommend them to ANYONE and I hope to be able to afford the bi-​weekly cleaning at some point in the future. Coordination is super easy too — you do not have to be home when they arrive. I can’t say enough good things about LMC Cleaning!

I contracted LMC Services to clean my 3500 sqft home in Manassas, VA before moving south. They did an amazing job. I literally was able to leave without doing anything else. Such a gift when you are tired and stressed from moving. Thank you!!!

Excellent cleaning service! Extremely thorough. I’ve been using them bi-​weekly since March 2010 and I’ve never had one complaint. On the days of my scheduled cleaning, when I come home from work and enter my home, I swear I hear angels singing!
I am a busy Mom with young children and ever since I started using them, I have the necessary time on the weekends to spend more time with the kids. I highly recommend them.
