All our meals are prepared with fresh natural ingredients in a fully licensed commercial kitchen.

We use lots of nutritious vegetables, local in season, some organic, all natural meats, heart healthy whole grains, beans, nuts and everything else that’s good for you.

We know you love to cook and eat healthy, but for those days when you don’t have the time to shop for the most delicious, gluten free, non GMO ingredients, and hours for chopping, roasting and grilling those veggies… we’ve got you covered! Our meals are prepared with LOVE, and delivered weekly, directly to your home or workplace.

Let us cook for you! All our meals are gluten free, and we always have some paleo items! We use lots of vegetables (local in season, some organic), all natural meats, wild caught seafood, some healthier grains (quinoa, millet, brown rice), beans, nuts and everything else that’s good for you.

The food is beautiful, inspired, fully cooked and delivered super fresh! Our menu changes every week so you can order enough for a few days, or order extras of your favorites. Most meals are freezer friendly. What are you waiting for?
