If I could give negative stars I would. Kim who is supposed to be in charge is rude in her comments. The staff are clueless. Our car was stollen then illegally parked, hence the tow. We didn’t even find out where towed right away. So car remained in lot for 2 weeks. She gave us a bill of over $ 700 & when asked if could cut us a break as it wasn’t our fault, she took off $ 65. But continued w/​her rudeness. We had to go to dealership to get key made & the dealer gave us 2 keys free after hearing our story & said hopefully our luck changes. Back at impound, we waited over 30 mins to get our car out of their lot. Worst dealings ever.

Never do business with this company. Disrespectful people, Who towed me although I had a residential sticker for the building that I pay to live in. Had to contact my landlord/​office to get my money back.
