Specialties

CrossFit Ad Finem is a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located at 157 Gay St, Manchester NH and focus 100% of our programming on CrossFit. Why? Because our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everyone in between.

Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Olympic and Power Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills. We have a three stage process that will optimize your progress focusing on Mechanics, Consistency with those Mechanics, and then Intensity.

At CrossFit Ad Finem we train incredibly hard; harder than most thought they were capable of. Everyday our athletes break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked or manufactured. Together we sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger — TOGETHER! The community aspect of CrossFit is our greatest strength. At CrossFit Ad Finem there are no egos, and no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble, we are athletes… we are CrossFit and we are here to stay!

History

Established in 2013.

We opened our doors in May of 2013 in Bedford, NH. Our first home was in a cozy 1,500 sq/ft facility in a business park on Harvey Rd. We were fortunate enough to have our membership grow to the point where we needed more space. From there we moved to our current location at 157 Gay St. in Manchester, NH near the Airport.

Meet the Business Owner

Mat C.

Business Owner

Mat’s Story — I first heard about CrossFit in 2007 two years after I finished up my «collegiate athletic career.“I was looking for something that would feed my competitive needs and this was it. Once I started training I immediately was hooked. After a few years of doing it on my own (half assing it) I decided to get my L1 and to fully commit to CrossFit. I left my L1 a changed man with so much more respect for this sport. I have been coaching for over a year now strict CrossFit and would have it no other way. I have had the opportunity to coach a wide variety of athletes from 60+ year old to people who never stepped foot in a gym to top level athletes. No matter who has stepped foot in my box, they know each and every time they will get the attention they need and expect from their coach.
