Finesse Pastries is an authentic French patisserie specializing in croissants, cakes, desserts, macarons, chocolates and artisan breads. We also offer a wonderful selection of homemade sandwiches, paninni’s, soups for lunch or anytime.
History
Established in 2012.
Finesse Pastries opened it doors in the summer of 2012 under owner and head pastry chef, Chelsey Erickson. Since opening, Finesse Pastries has received numerous awards including The Hippo’s Best of the Best Desserts and Best Bakery in Manchester two years running. Our coffee éclair also received New Hampshire Magazines Editors Choice Award.

Business Owner
Finesse Pastries’ head pastry chef and owner Chelsey Erickson studied at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts under Master French Pastry Chef Delphin Gomes. Chelsey was the valedictorian of her class and received numerous awards of excellence from the school for artistic and technical pastry skills. Chelsey makes regular trips to France to study new trends in the world of pastry as well expand and enhance her pastry skills.
