Friendly service, though I’ve noticed they keep it COLD in all of their locations — major turn off for me, I want to sit and enjoy my food, not shiver through the entire consumption experience. Order a bacon cheeseburger with tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions & jalapeños, and BBQ(with a side of fries, of course) and you will be a happy camper. I just tried their strawberry/oreo milkshake at the Concord location… YUM!!!

I really enjoy the burgers and fries here. There’s not much to say because everything is so straightforward. I like that you can order online and all you have to do is wait for fresh fries when you get there.

I’ve never been to a Five Guys before so I didn’t know what to expect. Man, are their burgers good! I went there on my lunch break and even though they were pretty busy they got my food out rather quickly. I was very impressed and will definitely be going to Five Guys again!

First visit … but not my last. Had we known that the food was so plentiful, we would have ordered smaller sizes! As it was, a regular burger and large fries with a drink was about $ 10. We certainly could have gotten by with a regular sized fries. If you think this is just another chain like McDonald’s or Burger King, you are sadly mistaken and if you try them you will be pleasantly surprised. At the end of the day, this is a good choice for food that you don’t have to think and agonize over. You will happy and full and only a little poorer.

Went to this location for the first time last week. It was not my first time visiting a Five Guys location. Workers were friendly, the food was delicious. The fries could’ve been hotter but other than that it was good.

As the poster on the wall said, they served heaven in the bun. So delicious and big enough burger. Since I don’t want overweight I decide to eat it twice a week

I was just hanging with some friends, and I found that the service was fantastic. I don’t eat burgers, so I don’t know how they were, but I was very impressed with the smoothness of the place. Thank you for showing it to me! Amybeth Hurst, Portland

Quick order, quick kitchen, everyone seems to be having a good time running the place. I would have like the«background» rock-and-roll to be a little more in the background. The lunch was as good as any Five Guys, and I hit a few in my days on the road.

I like this place. Free peanuts which I LOVE! The burgers are filling and a good value for their price. I don’t expect a lot when I come here. I expect to eat a burger and get back to my day, therefore I am pleased with every visit. YES it is loud, YES, it is tight quarters, YES, it is a limited menu, but what were you expecting coming to a burger place. Now, the reason for 4 stars not 5. ATTENTIONEMPLOYEESOFFIVEGUYS!!!: the restaurant term is «HEARD» not«GOTIT» :)

The burgers here are terrific! My family loves their fries(I don’t but that’s ok). You can order burgers via internet. The only reason it’s not a five star review is this location has bad seating and no ventilation. You leave with your clothes soaked in fry grease smell. The burgers are so good that even with that, I go back.

The fries alone are a reason to stop by– fresh made, hot and the perfect balance of soft and crispy. I also appreciate the fact that I can order a «burger» without the patty. I love the toppings more than the burger itself sometimes that’s all I want. Not fine dining but no ones expecting that. As far as chains go, 5 guys offers fresh food made to order and really what more do you want?

If you are looking for a delicious juicy burger made your way with as many toppings as you want and crispy golden fries your search is over. This place does a few things and does them well. My go to when those burger cravings strike.

We went here on our way to Nightmare New England… Being that Five Guys is definitely My favorite Burger, I was a little disappointed with this Five Guys. My Burger was undercooked and I asked for pickles and there were no pickles on my burger either. In their defense the place was packed. BUT, still no excuse for a place that makes 100’s of hamburgers a day. I did go up and say I didn’t get the pickles and they gave them to me in a little cup. Other than that. it’s your usual Five Guys Burger dining experience! The parking lot was a bit of a nightmare. it’s in a large strip mall that was also packed and to find a spot was a bit tricky, too! It shares a lot with another large restaurant, too!

I have been eating at Five Guys for a number of years now… first in Charlotte, NC and now in Nashua and Manchester, NH. You can count on Five Guys to deliver two things: (1) A really good burger. Their burgers are of the thin variety… and are very tasty(whether you get the small or large, which is two patties). Always smashed down and grilled with a nice crust! (2) Really good, fresh cut French Fries… always, always, always! If you have that burger craving… or need something quick, Five Guys is a very dependable spot to go to!

I love this place One thing is i dont eat burgers. i only eat chicken that is it but everytime i pass five guys which is not ofter i need to have a burger from them. I love the way they squishh their patties so it get cooked nicely and get crispy on the edges and stuff. I also love the way everything is put in the buns. Not like the Mickey’D and throw everything in there. I love the way they actually spread the ketchup, mustard and mayo on the buns and properly place all the veggies and stuff. It is not at messy to eat unlike other burger places that i have been too. What can i say about frying their french fries in peanut oil. i mean being an indian we cook all our food in peanut oil and nothing is more tastier than cooking stuff in peanut oil Def will go there again and hopefully more opens up in the area so everyone can get access to nice food.

The Five Guys Burgers and Fries on South Willow Street is now OPEN, located behind Chili’s and next door to Verizon Wireless. I stopped in here for dinner on the way home and the place was very busy with plenty of staff on hand. Five Guys is definitely my favorite burger chain on the East Coast, which is expanding at a fast pace, especially in the Northeast US. Conversely, In-N-Out Burger is my favorite West Coast burger chain. The guys I work with have been raving to me about how awesome the food is at Five Guys, since they’ve opened in Nashua, which has been crazy busy on the weekends. The big boss at my company also raved about his Five Guys experience during a layover at Dulles Airport. I’ve shown them my brief Unilocal review of the Five Guys in Schenectady, NY, which I wrote in 2007. I’ve been enjoying the burgers and fries at Five Guys for almost 4 years since they’ve opened up several stores in Upstate NY. Now I don’t have to travel too far to enjoy the great food at Five Guys. The menu is simple offering burgers, fries, hot dogs, veggie and grilled cheese sandwiches, and self serve Coke fountain drinks. The burgers and fries are very tasty and fresh. They only use fresh ground beef(never frozen) for the burgers and fresh cut potatoes for the fries, deep fried in peanut oil. The potatoes today came from Shoshone, ID. The regular hamburger/cheeseburger is actually a double burger and the little burgers are a single patty. The extra toppings for the burgers are free. Complementary roasted peanuts are available here from the big boxes. This evening, I ordered a little hamburger($ 3.49) with several toppings including lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, pickles, ketchup, and mayo and a regular fries($ 2.69), which is actually piled into the paper bag and enough fries for three people. The food was sooo good! The burger was very juicy and flavorful and the fresh fries were crispy and lightly salted, just fantastic! This Five Guys location is definitely on my list for dinner stops on the way home. If this location does well, let’s hope that Five Guys will open up a store in Concord, close to my workplace.
