The coffee is fine and the people are nice. However, they don’t offer a senior discount and don’t put sweeteners out for customers to use. I like to do this myself, so this is inconvenient. The owner also appears to own franchises in Goffstown and on Brown Ave in Manchester… as they conduct business in the same manner.

First off, I will give Josh HUGE props. He always goes out of his way to make sure your order is right on. Outside of Josh, this place is a total joke. I’ve been there about a dozen times and I am willing to bet that 10 of those visits resulted in me walking right back out the door. The Latte’s are deplorable, the donut selection is minimal and the service is pathetic. IF you get there after 3pm don’t expect much more than a very sparse selection of items. Invest a few extra minutes and go to the DD on Elm or Hanover St… It will save you a lot of a lot of aggravation.

Food and drinks are almost always prepared exactly right. Service staff are friendly. The décor is nice, in good repair and comfortable. Dining and restroom areas can often use more attention but never filthy. Wi-fi is spotty at times but those with Comcast can also login to Xfinity wireless with a strong signal as an alternative(preferable actually for speed). Lots of plugs — both electric &USB for charging — major plus! I frequent this DD once or twice a week mid-weekday while my son works nearby. Typically I arrive with my laptop to work at one of their«tall» tables which allows me to alternate between sitting & standing as I usually stay for about 3 – 4 hours at this location. Overall, I’m quite comfortable spending both my money and time at this DD, more than most DD I’ve visited in the past. Recommended for both DD fans and those working on the go.

I have been waiting in the drive through for over 5 minutes as I write this review with no cars ahead of me. This wait is ridiculous. I’ve been able to write this review while waiting.

This was probably the nicest Dunkin Donuts that I have ever been to. A complete re-design than your standard Dunkin… more trendy and inclusive of those that want to sit and enjoy their coffee and donuts. The location was clean and the service was quick and courteous. I wish they were all this well put together!
