I only gave one star bc it made me… Would. Have given zero stars… This owner doesn’t know his own product and is an a#&. I purchased an Alex and ani necklace two weeks ago. It broke when my gf put it on… I called Hannoush and they said sure come on in we will take care of it. Well that was a LIE. He told me that Alex and Ani gives him no warranty so he can’t do anything about it… Except… Sell me another one at a discount my friend… F that… Well I left… Called Alex and Ani myself. And they said sorry sir that you had that experience. There is an in store warranty of 30 days and Alex and Ani also stands behind their product with a one year warranty… And they said he should have just exchanged it for me and been done… However they will send me a pre paid return label so I can send it to them and they will ship me another one… Done. And done… Will never buy anything from this jack wagon again.
Already got apology email from Alex and ani and return label in my email… Now that’s great customer service!!!
