Party City

Does Party City have new owners? My experience with Party City in Manchester NH was the worst service I have ever had with a company. The Managers are so rude to their customers. I went in on 6−25−16 to order balloons for my daughter’s graduation party for the following day and I witness the Manager being rude to the customers and myself as well. I left the store feeling very frustraded with the how I was treated. I thought to myself, everyone has a bad day and in the past I was satisfied with the service at Party City. The following day I picked up my balloons and Instantly a few including the Mylars flew away because they did not tie the string tight enough. I paid $ 62.00 on balloons between them flying away and popping this was such a waste of money. When I asked to speak to the Manager so that I could get the balloons that were ruined, refunded to me, she was rude and refused to fix the problem. I had to leave to host my daughter’s graduation party and I was so frustrated once again as I left. The WORST service I have ever received!

Perfect destination if you are shopping for kid party supplies whether for a birthday or holiday. I was here for Halloween decorations and there were numerous options. The merchandise is geared towards children so if you are looking for a more formal or classy look I would go elsewhere.
