this is a wonderful dealership! i bought a used wagon from them and they were just as kind to me as i’d imagine they’d be if i’d bought one brand new. the finance manager found a problem with the title on the car we were trading in and negotiated with the dealer we’d bought it from to resolve the issue. jeff our salesperson was great and took the time to explain everything about the car and even gave me some nice swag (keyring, pen + canvas bag!) negotiations were easy & i had to go back to their service department over a minor issue after the sale and they were kind and helpful. love this place!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I wouldn’t even give one star. I’ve been a manager in customer service for over 10 years now and NEVER would I allow a customer to have to go deal with everything I’ve had to in the last two weeks, especially with all the money I just spent. Two weeks ago I walked into Holloway Mercedes in Manchester, a woman with a bubbly personality named Kim, approached me (clearly she was new and the rest of the staffs rotten personalities haven’t rubbed off on her yet). I told her I was interested in purchasing two vehicles. She then told me they were closing in 5 mins… Understandable, you’re tired and you want to go home but you’re STILL open and you would think if you have a customer who’s ready to buy two vehicles you would want to make those sales. Well I decided to come back the next day. One of the sales consultants Lynn had approached us. After driving us around two lots for 20 minutes looking for one of the specific vehicles we wanted, we test drove it then sat to discuss numbers. I was planning to trade my infinity, which lease was up. Lynn came back with Don and gave me a low ball number for my trade. They proceeded to tell me they didn’t want to deal with a trade in, that I should go turn my car back into infinity and then they would send a car to pick me up and then they could help me get into a new car. They gave me numbers that seemed to have a ridiculous monthly payment even for the price of the car. They had advertised online a «special monthly price» on this vehicle. When I asked about the monthly payment being way more than the advertised price special, Lynn proceeded to tell me «Mercedes advertises those specials and we don’t have to follow them. «If I could blow up FALSE ADVERTISING, I would. I was so disgusted, we left. I then bought an Audi that day. My husband still had his heart set on the GLE350 so we decided to go to Holloway Mercedes in Greenland in hopes of better service. What started off as a pleasant experience quickly went downhill. Nigel was our sales consultant. We purchased a 2016 GLE350 demo which only had a few thousand miles. Just before we pulled off the lot I realized the car was missing the cigarette lighter. On our way home we noticed the lane keeping assist was inoperative. I spoke with Mercedes and they told me it was probably because of the snow. Well two days later with dry sunny skies, my lane keeping assist is still inoperative. I now have to wait a week before this can be checked out. The day I purchased the car they could not get one of the plates off the vehicle so he told me he would have service get it off in the morning since they were closed and then he would mail me my plate. It is now 7 days later, I have not received my plate. My old car was registered in MA and in order for me to cancel insurance on that vehicle I need to cancel the registration which I cannot do yet because I am still waiting on my plate… I now have been charged an extra payment on insurance on a car I no longer have because I am still unable to, thanks to Mercedes lack of urgency. Did I mention 7 days later I still have no car insurance on my vehicle because Nigel said he would take care of everything but my insurance said today they have no received a call from Mercedes. And to put the icing on the cake, I realized I am missing my keyless go button. So I stopped into Manchester since its closer and I’m limited on my miles. Lynn and Don were there, (here we go again). They argued with my husband that they could not just give us a button because the buttons are made for each car. Which was a LIE. I asked for the corporate number and then the owners number and they refused to give me them. I told them I was going to call the other location, when Don ran out back then somehow magically pulled a button out of his office. (I thought it wasn’t going to work on my car???) So now after purchasing a $ 70,000+ car, a week later, no car insurance, an extra charge from previous insurance, still waiting for my plate and waiting for my lane keeping assist to be checked out, I am a VERY unsatisfied customer.

Update, May 30, 2014: A telephone conversation with this dealer led nowhere. It involved 5 minutes of impassioned insistence that the dealership’s personnel is perfectly trained, and that the consumer (my mother) complained about a defective computer module and failed to articulate any brake issue. That directly contradicts mom’s prior statement to me.
It seems ridiculous to me to advance the argument, that a 75 year old female driver with no mechanical training whatsoever would discuss a computer module with the guy at the service counter, when her brakes weren’t working properly. That said, I did not buy the dealer’s story.
In the end, it comes down to this: Holloway Motors sent mom away in an unsafe car, following $ 1400 worth of work. Had she crashed and gotten hurt or died as a result of the un-​repaired brakes, how does Holloway think a judge and jury would have decided, had the case gone to trial?

We have purchased multiple vehicles over the years from Lynn Prescott at Holloway. Always a great experience. Competitive prices out of the gate and excellent service and delivery. Just purchased a 2016 GL550. Thanks again Holloway!

Decided to buy an X5 for my wife and traded the Accord we had. This was the most painful sales experience I’ve ever had. I went through with it because we liked the X5. Multiple issues including a lack of understanding of the trade process with my bank… Even after live verification from their loan department, titles department, a faxed «promise to pay» and phone activation of the draft with pin for Holloway to cash it. This lack of understanding provoked them to explain «policy» to me and it included me signing the check for them, all sales paperwork, surrendering the keys to the car I traded and all associated documentation in exchange for «delivery» of the X5, withholding ALL sales paperwork for it, the owners manual, the spare key and slapping a dealer tag on the X5 until the title for the trade was in their possession. That night I refused to let them withhold a temporary registration and 20 day plate, but was unable to get the extra key until the following day when I called to state my case to the finance manager. Unreal! I still don’t have the blue form to title the X5 EVEN THOUGH they have verification from my financial institution that it will be sent as soon as the new loan populates in the system. Holloway even provided their FEDEX account number to expedite the process. I’ve lived here for 9 years and have purchased 5 vehicles and this is the first time anything like this has happened. The way I understand it is that as soon as the money changes hands and I sign my life away, everything associated with what I bought belongs to ME! Yet they’re holding it hostage for reasons I don’t quite understand. Never again. The vehicle was delivered cleans, but with less than a quarter tank of fuel… My fault for not noticing, but as I said the transaction was painful and draining so I failed to notice. They did however offer to reimburse me with petty cash the next day but they can keep it. I make purchases like these every 2 – 4 years and the petty cash they offered for fueling a vehicle they sold may come in handy when I’m car shopping… Too bad. My daughter will inherit my GLI in February. I was going to buy the Audi AllRoad they have too. I’m all set

My uncle and father are customers of Holloway and have had excellent experiences with the dealership. I came on that referral when I was looking at cars in May. I worked with Deb Silvia-​Smola and had an exceptional experience.
I was looking at their used cars and Deb did a fantastic job to show me cars in my budget that fit my needs. They had several great options and I thought I was going in to buy a very gently used Jeep but I loved a Subaru test drive far more. They told me to take it home for the night and I really felt valued by that. They also offered me an excellent trade-​in value on my car.
When I came back, I explained that I loved the car but I was concerned about the mileage on it. They were very low-​pressure and supportive and told me that that they would certainly consider that in working with me. They also said they would continue to keep me aware of other models that came in.
In the end, I purchased a different car elsewhere. My decision wasn’t made on price, because I believe they would’ve came to an agreeable price for the unit. For me, it was solely about not wanting a vehicle with $ 60k miles on it and that wasn’t something they had control over.
I really wished I could’ve purchased from Holloway. They made looking for a car far easier for me than any other dealership had in this experience. They made me feel valued, respected and comfortable. They’ve also given exceptional support to my family.
I will keep looking for my future needs and recommending.

I had an appointment at 9 this morning for a simple alignment adjustment. My car was giving back to me at 12:17 and I was told it was «all set» well since I bought this vehicle from this specific dealer I had to drive back here for them to do this service, keeping in mind this is an inspect able service that was not done properly to begin with. Needless to say I was late to work and lied to by this fraudulent service department. The techs at this dealer are not to be trusted… Stay farrrrr away!!! Friendly front end staff but with horrid techs means nothing. After making the managers aware about this issue, they went above and beyond by offering me not two but FOUR NEW tires. This was exceptional customer service and perhaps I should of been a little more patient in my review. The bottom line nobody is perfect but this dealership will do its ABSOLUTE BEST to make sure they come close. Thank you Holloway motors!!!

Just leased a 2015 C300, this is my 3^rd Mercedes, but my first from Holloway. Ordered car to my specifications, car was a little late but that was due to the Mercedes production line and had nothing to do with Holloway. My car arrived and I went to the dealership. All said and done, numbers lined up to the exact amount that I had in mind. I know leases are a little more set, but I have had prior experiences where the dealership tries to do everything to avoid getting to the number on the web. This was the simplest, best experience I have had…

After weeks of searching my wife found just the right car at Holloway a 2015 C300. This search meant many many test drives and many dealerships and sales people. I have to say my experience car shopping was much different this year thain the past. Much less pressure to close a deal and much more interest in being sure we came back either to buy the car or perhaps return for the next one if this time they werent picked. That said Holloway was superb from Heather Morin our sales person to Todd and Crystal who helped close the deal without the usual you are killinng us but we will give you the deal this time I have heard in the past. Minimal back and forth and the car and no drama about their chiildren going witthout because of the deal they gave us. We even had a passing salesperson help answer a question he heard us asking our salesperson. We are just car shoppers who had a great no pressure experience. And my wife is happy. A good thing! We will be back.

Had an excellent experience working with Mark Ames at Holloway. This is the fourth MB purchased with Mark and he made the experience outstanding, as usual. Fulfilled all the requirements we had for an 2015 S550 and delivered exceptional customer service. Every aspect of the experience was excellent. Highly recommend!

Purchased a used car from Holloway and it was a painless, happy experience. Even though I was a pretty low-​ticket customer in a world of Mercedes, I was treated just like everyone else, with a high degree of professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness. They made the purchase as efficient and easy as possible and my new car was shiny clean, gassed up, and ready to go. A great experience all around.

I purchased a 2009 BMW from Holloway Motors of Manchester on gold street. Initially they appeared reputable but they would soon show their true colors.
They told me the car would be cleaned and detailed for pickup but when I arrived, the car was dirty and dusty and had broken glass in the cupholders and all over the trunk space.
OK, everyone makes mistakes, so I voiced my displeasure and they took the car to get cleaned. Again, I think they have trouble with the meaning of «detailing a car» because it still wasn’t very clean, but that’s OK. I can live with that and clean it myself.
Then the day after I took the car home, the car was leaking water into the cockpit of the car! Yes, water was dripping into the car onto the floor! My wife was 8 months pregnant at the time so I was very concerned because I didn’t want her inhaling mold from water leaking into the car. So I called Holloway and spoke to Crystal and a few others. They were very rude and arrogant, so much so that I was taken aback by it. She insisted that they had no idea that the car was leaking and even implied that we caused the leak after having the car for a day! Wow, what customer service. They are horrible. I explained to them that I had a very pregnant wife but she didn’t care at all. After going back and forth with this very rude woman for about an hour, she finally offered to give us $ 100 towards fixing it. We then threatened to sue them because they sold us a car with water damage, then all of a sudden, she changed her tune and said they will fix it themselves. So now the fun really begins. We took the car in about 4 different times. Each time they said they fixed it and each time, it would leak again after it rained. Their service was incompetent and useless. They didn’t know what they were doing. So, after the 4^th failed attempt to fix it, we took the car to another dealership where they promptly diagnosed it, offered to fix it and bill Holloway directly so my new born and wife (who just had the baby) and I wouldn’t have to deal with all the back and forth. Now here’s the kicker, Holloway, refused to reimburse the other dealership because they said they only offered to fix it themselves and they won’t reimburse us or any other dealership for fixing it! The nerve of that outfit. I wouldn’t recommend that sorry excuse for a dealership to my worst enemy!
Holloway Motors is not to be trusted, they are the most unscrupulous bunch of thugs I’ve ever tried to do business with!

This review is for Holloway Mercedes in Greenland. These guys were super professional and got me a fantastic deal on a Certified Pre-​Owned C250. Jim Lowell was a genuine nice guy and made the deal happen on great terms.
I wanted to note that Unilocal for some reason has «hidden» over 15 five star reviews for this dealership. Unilocal is one site I truly HATE but these guys do great work and deserve some praise. If you’re considering buying from Holloway, make sure to read the hidden reviews below. And ask for Jim Lowell in Greenland, he’s earned my business forever. I’ve always said you can never downgrade in cars and I can’t wait to see what my next purchase will be in 4 – 5 years!

The Service Department here is abysmal. From the Service consultant right on up to the Service Manager, they are arrogant, rude and condescending. Their trouble shooting skills are lacking and based on our experience, they diagnose and repair through a trial and error method. Thousands of dollars were spent over numerous repair visits on the same problem, which was ultimatley never resolved. We fortunately were abe to trade the R350 in with another dealer and we sucked up the costs, just to be done with the vehicle. Holloway’s inept service department has lost a customer (me) for good and as they say, a disatisfied customer will tell 100 people about their bad expeience and believe me, I’m spreading the word. Mercedes Corp and it’s customers deserve far better than this dealership.

RATING FOR SERVICE ONLY: I would have given a zero if possible. Dealt w/​Samantha and almost lost my MIND. She was condescending, rude and USELESS. I very rarely lose my temper but I totally lost when dealing w/​this girl… she was god awful. Everything that could have gone wrong did and only after demanding to talk to someone capable did things get taken care of. Ugh.

We have purchased 4 cars from this dealership, and we will be back when we are ready to buy again!
I would highly recommend Jeff Donovan, he is our salesman, and is phenomenal at his job.
