We are former residents of NH. Currently living in Altamonte, FL. We bought our 2013 Rogue S from Rob Miller & Ralph Fast back in 2013. They both made the process very quick and easy. No worries about being scammed or screwed over. This place was great. So 3 years later we wanted to get the newest Rogue because we were at the end of our lease. I was hesitant to purchase anywhere other than Team in Manchester because of how great the first experience was. I contacted Ralph and explained our situation and what we were looking to do. He went out of his way to UPGRADE us to the SR with pano-​roof (which is awesome) for a very reasonable price. He even had the new car shipped to us at no extra cost to us! We just told him where we wanted to pick it up and it was there. Awesome 2^nd experience. We will surely be back for a 3^rd! I highly recommend Ralph Fast and Rob Miller for any of your car purchasing needs! Thanks Guys.

Like all «stealer“ships this place has fast talking used car salesmen hiting you with every slimmy tactic out there. I was on True Car site, said there was a 2005 Mazda MPV with 160,000 for $ 1899. So after some e-​mails back and forth looking for pictures, of the actual mini-​van not «stock photos» I agreed to come by on my lunch hour and lokk at the van. Well there reason for no pictures is it was a rust bucket. Holes in bottom of all four doors and rockers. After the sales guy went inside to «talk to his manager», sales guy came put said $ 1899 was mis print on line and would only honor the price if I bought it now. My reply: I am not puting my kids in a rust bucket that will fold up in a accident for any price. I am a engineer and that van was not structurally sound. Took a look online and they jacked the price of that rust bucket up by $ 3,000. Buyers Beware.

I was very hesitant to take my Nissan Z here due to some bad service reviews I’ve read. However I needed an alignment, and I’m not familiar with an alignment specialty shop nearby. I’ve had horrible experience at Concord Nissan and I’m certainly never taking a car to Tire Warehouse again.
My alignment was way off as I had recently installed some aftermarket suspension components. Another shop had told me that I needed additional parts, but I knew this was not true. The service advisor at Team Nissan was friendly and professional, and the tech did a great job on the alignment (advisor was Andrew and the technician was Christopher H). The waiting room was nice, courtesy beverages available, and a large window to see into the garage. I was sitting at a counter and my car was being fixed right in front of me. I felt especially comfortable because they were working on another Nissan Z right next to mine. They are Nissan GT-​R certified, so if I lower my car in the future they will still be able to get it on a rack.
I also love that I can make an appointment online, edit or cancel it online, and see the cost instantly. No need to make any phone calls.
I will not hesitate to to take my Nissan back here for service, and I will also look here next time I’m in the market for a new car (They had a beautiful Nismo 370Z on the lot, and I want to buy one before they stop selling them).

As my part time electrical business grew to be full time my Chevy Silverado wasn’t cutting it anymore. On the advice of 2 good friends also in the biz who have bought NV2500’s I went in to see Nate Jarry. I was skeptical at first because my local Chevy dealer insisted there was no way out of my Ally lease 2 years early. Right away Nate was more concerned with what I needed for a truck to make my job and life easier than any discussion of money. He was very matter of fact that he would get it done on reasonable terms, and he did! He set me up with the perfect work van, perfect finance terms and perfect after the sale follow thru. He even battled Ally Lease on the phone over the unreasonable end charges they were trying to pass on to me. All said and done I can’t wait until my biz grows to need a second truck so I can buy it from Nate! Best truck I have ever worked out of. Nate is not an everyday car salesman, he is a consultant to any small biz owner looking to upgrade their vehicle. Go see Nate if you need a commercial truck!

First off, or sales guy, Richard Hamilton was great. We showed up without an appointment, he came out into the rain to greet us, and was quick to grab the keys to the car we were interested in, a certified 2012 Frontier. Grabbed a plate, came along for a test drive, and had great conversation all along the way. He gets 5 STARS for being stellar all through the the process, from the initial greeting, to putting in our offer and coming to an agreed upon price, which was fair from the start.
Where the dealership fell short was on the finance side of things. The finance guy, David, brought us into the box and was super nice, until he laid out the «protection plan options» in front of us. The cheapest added $ 53 a month to the payment. The vehicle already carried a warranty to 100k, and this added more items to that. Over the course of a 72 month loan, we would have paid $ 3,816 for 50k miles of protection on the parts not covered by the certified warranty. When I made it pretty clear more than once we weren’t interested, he proceeded to lay out a few very unlikely repair scenarios that «could happen in just a few weeks, and you wouldn’t be covered!» I wasn’t worried… The sales guy had just talked about the Certified Nissan process. But the damage had been done, my wife was terrified the truck would blow up a wheel bearing in 5 months, and we walked out with a payment $ 45 higher per month after haggling a little… He went back to being friendly after we started signing things, but I’m pretty sure he was only being pushy since he just bought a house that has a bunch of issues. He’s been «hemorrhaging money to fix things.» I’m not surprised. The way he talked about things that could «break» on the truck made me think he’s never worked on anything. He didn’t seem to know the difference between a Phillips and a flathead, and if he did, he wouldn’t know what to do with either.
Whatever. I have the protection plan now, so I’ll be sure to bring it back for every little thing that squeaks or rattles or shows signs of going bad and at least get my money out of it. They included 4 free oil changes which was nice, but was kinda bummed I had to fill up from empty on the way home.
Way to go Richard! You are awesome! Keep that heel free and I hope you get some great pow turns in this winter!
David, slow your roll on the protection packages. I get that you need to pay for a guy to adjust your garage door, but don’t push so hard for me to fund it all by scaring my wife that we’ll go into bankruptcy because my power seat could stop working.

Bait and switch. Went in there to see a 2006 Toyota Corolla going for $ 3999. When I got there, the sales rep told me that the less expensive car they had was $ 5000 and above. They inform me this after I spoked with them over the phone a couple hours before prior to me arriving there. It is ridiculous and probably paramount to the stupidest thing I’ve ever witness in my life. Will never do business here.

Reading a lot of these reviews and to tell you the truth i am pretty shocked. I am on my 5^th car with this dealership. 08 and 14 Maxima 2012 and 2015 pathfinder and we had a 2010 titan. Service is amazing and makes sure to take care of you Jenna, Dave, Drew et. al. have been top notch.
To many sales people to mention here but Rob M. treats us like gold. From the first car we bought until now it has been above expectation.
For the people expecting jiffy lube speed oil changes you need to set your expectations a little different. This is a car dealership not a drive in car service station. they have a shuttle if you live close.
They have bent over backwards to make sure that they could get things covered under warranty vs. out of pocket. I will continue to purchase cars here and highly suggest if you have an issue speak to the management they will take care of the situation immediately.

Wish I can give this place ZERO stars.
Since we (my parents-​in-​laws) purchased a vehicle here, I noticed a sign while waiting in the waiting room during a recall fix that they do first free oil changes, free inspections for life, etc etc so I made an appointment to get an oil change done so save like $ 50 (HA!).
Quick back story; about a week before this my wife was involved in a car accident (nothing major at all, just dented bumper/​exhaust tip which caused the vibration of the exhaust to make a funny noise).
So I get my oil change done (in a 75 minute period) and proceed to go home. As I’m driving home, I notice a NEW different sound coming from the car which I shrugged off as to maybe it’s just a coincidence of the previous said noise becoming worse. I probably should have turned around and had them investigate right there, but SORRY I had faith in mechanics letting me leave with a SAFE vehicle.
About another week goes by, sound/​slight rumble still happening (sounded like something slapping up against something else) and my wife tells it’s getting worse (6 days later, a Friday, Saturday before was our appointment). She had to get up at about 4am to bring her brother’s girlfriend to the airport but since she had drank that night, I did not want her driving only a few hours after going to bed, so I brought her (good thing too). So on my way back from the airport (I live in Londonderry, 8 minute back road drive) I hear a loud POP and the brakes start to seize up. I pulled over to the right and stopped and took a quick look at the tires with my phone’s light and didn’t see any popped tires. Confused, I slowly tried to move forward again, and tires locked up could not go anywhere so I called the PD and a tow.
Tow gets here (I had not looked at vehicle again) and he comes and listens to my story. I try to drive it up the ramp and nada. I then back down and hear a clicking noise. After this, he inspects the vehicle. Comes to the back and says, «Oh I found your problem, your tire is hanging off your car!» I go around and look and sure enough NO lug nuts are on the spokes and the tire is literally on the verge of falling off with several spokes broken. We end up not getting towed and just took a few lugs off my other tires and put it on this tire (I was .5 miles from being home) and tighten them up and as I begin to drive I notice NO SOUND at all. So it looks like some absolute MEATHEAD did NOT tighten them up after my appointment (as no one else touched the car).
I then call (this is Saturday) Nissan, explain the story, they tell me to bring the vehicle in. I guess during an OIL CHANGE they do a 20 point (or w/​e number it is) inspection, wash car, and rotate tires (even though the lady said as I checked out that they didn’t) during EVERY visit. So they fixed my broken spokes for free (as they should have) and I told them I wanted them to pay for my tow as well considering this happened because someone didn’t tighten them to begin with. He said he will get in touch with manager and speak with the mechanic to see what they can do.
I get a call back couple hours later that same day and he said they spoke with the mechanic who said they did not touch my tires at all so feeling unsatisfied I asked for them to look at the video recordings and I wanted to see it myself. Said IT won’t be able to do this until Monday so I said okay.
Wednesday comes along and no phone call so I call them. Said IT is still looking into it and I should get a call back soon. Nothing Thursday or early Friday so I call them. He then tells me THEY HAVE ON VIDEO that they DO see the mechanic takes off my tires BUT even though «the video is grainy and hard to see» (manager’s words) he said the mechanic properly torqued them back to right specs. I asked how he could possibly know that considering the mechanic said he didn’t touch my tires, the manager said there’d be no reason he would and the receptionist lady said he didn’t as well. Long story short, they would NOT pay for my tow. My wife could have DIED going 80 on the highway with loose lugs!
If the manager sees this, I STILL demand my god damn money back. I’m out $ 126 because your mechanic can’t remember to tighten my lugs all the way? And then your shop manager has the FREAKING audacity to tell me «someone might have come up and loosened them» ?! ONE TIRE? No, this is ridiculous. I will forever slander your name until I get my damn money back and not $ 126 in credit.
Manager, I see you reply to some reviews that are more simple, but not others. Why is that? I will retract my review if I can get my $ 126 back from the tow due to your team’s technical error.

Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars, because I most certainly would! I recently bought out the lease on my 2012 Nissan Rogue and from start to finish it was a horrific experience. I did the research and my Rogue is worth more than the buy of amount and in addition I could not get a comparable vehicle with the same mileage and features for the same amount of money. I went back and forth with the sales rep, Peter, several times during which he told me my car was worth less than the buyout and if I was part of his family he would recommend against purchasing the vehicle. When that didn’t work he said that they had many certified pre-​owned Rogues on the lot that they could sell me for the same price that would come with warranty which he said mine was up. A. They didn’t have a single Rogue listed on their website with the mileage and features I have within $ 3K of my buyout. B. My car is still under warranty.
I then needed to complete the transaction so I asked the sales rep to email me the total due in an itemized format. I know the payoff amount, taxes and the $ 300 contracted purchase option fee but was unsure what other fees would apply. I was told what the approximate total was several times– the numbers never added up and to wire the funds or get a certified check I needed the exact number. I called and asked for a sales manager and spoke to Jack– he was also unable or unwilling to get me exact numbers or explain what certain fees were for. I called again a few days later and spoke to Steve explained the situation and asked to set up an appointment to complete the transaction. He said he would call me back; I had to remind him to take my number. I never received a call. I called again a few days later and got Steve again– he then tried to claim I didn’t lease the car through them (I had the original paperwork in hand), even if that was the case as a matter of service why wouldn’t you have called back? I asked what the procedure was and again for the exact dollar amount. He tried to tell me it was complicated because «Massachusetts is a Commonwealth», not even sure what that means. He gave me completely incorrect information and had me on speaker phone with a guy in the back ground was yelling why doesn’t she just buy another car like a normal person?
I made the trip up the next day and was met by one of the managers, I explained the situation and my frustration and then explained that given the circumstances and the fact that they were refusing to make the run to the registry I didn’t feel I should have to pay the $ 399 Doc fee. He claimed that was the fee for doing the paperwork for the lease buyout (pretty sure that’s what the $ 300 Purchase option fee is for). He left me to complete the paperwork and then came back a half hour later and proceeded to complete the paperwork in front of me. He had been preparing extended warranty quotes, since I was already extremely irritated you think he would have been bright enough to just complete the paperwork but no.
Bottom line– not a single person I interacted with treated me with any respect; don’t waste your time here!

Update — we’ve now bought a second Nissan from them — a 14 Murano. We got a great deal because the 15’s are out and selling like crazy.
On this purchase — sales /​finance — everyone was great. No issues. Finance guy remembered us (not sure that’s good or bad).
I’ve brought my truck in for the free oil changes and they didn’t try to up-​sell me anything so no complaints about service either.

Brought our Pathfinder in for a recall. And they just Hammer you with upselling and telling you need all kinds of work to your vehicle that isn’t really needed. Or may not be do for 40,000 more miles. Not a very honest place. I couldn’t imagine being an elderly person or someone that has 0 vehicle knowledge

Team Nissan Manchester is by far the greatest car shopping experience ever! I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership both of which I loved very much and I’m looking to purchase a third I purchased a Nissan Altima my second one I Nissan rogue and looking to purchase a Nissan Pathfinder. They have great customer service beautiful dealership sales personnel are wonderful experienced great fast reliable service department sales manager is very helpful will work very hard to get you what your needs maybe. I have sent several friends and family members to the dealership five out of five of them have all purchased Nissans from team Nissan. My best friend was going to purchase a Honda pilot from another dealership but just wasn’t getting anywhere with the dealership so I suggested she went to team Nissan in Manchester within three hours she walked out of there with a beautiful Nissan Pathfinder she is very excited about her new vehicle and very pleased that I sent her there I refer all my friends and coworkers there all I have had great buying experience this I give this dealership two thumbs up more than a five star rating I will never purchase another vehicle anywhere else but team Nissan in Manchester!!! Another quick note if you’re a female you do not feel intimidated walking into this dealership alone they are fair reasonable and will work with you as a human being and not a female that most car dealerships think a female we can sell here a lemon and she will buy it!!! Even today when I went tanning girl at the tanning salon said that she was going car shopping and loved my rogue I gave her all the information address and location and said you guys were the best so she will be in soon as well!!!

Bait and switch. Saw an ad on AutoTrader for a 2000 Pathfinder for $ 5000. Went back and forth through email asking for a few details, saying I didn’t want to drive 35 miles each way only to be disappointed. So after being reassured it was a great car, I set up an appointment to look at it after being convinced they wanted to «earn my business». I was told it would be out front, warmed up and ready to test drive when I got there. Showed up at the appointed time (2 hours later) and wouldn’t you know it? It had sold just that morning, 6 hours earlier, after sitting on the lot since Christmas 2014 according to the CarFax they sent me.
Any dealership that does that to «earn my business» is going to earn it alright… through every online review and social media outlet I can find. There are way too many car dealers looking to take my money, why give it to someone who does this?

This place is a joke they claim to pay top dollar for your trade and the dont. Then they want top dollar for there used cars they really only look at making a dollar and don’t car about customer service. We went and looked at 2014 Pathfinder which drove like crap and the 3^rd row seating was a joke my wife said no thanks after the price for a lease was $ 450. They said what about an 2014 Altima my wife said no I don’t like them well take it for a test drive you will change your mind. She took it for a test drive alright drove out of Nissan right into to Autofair Honda. Salesman at Autofair said this happens very often we were not the first to do this. My wife said ok I am bringing this back and coming to look at an 2014 Accord Sport. Took the Altima back to Nissan and they would not let us leave asking why why why. Finally I got fed up and said just give me my keys to my vehicle and we left for Autofair Honda. Walk away that night with a brand new Accord Sport at the price we wanted and they gave us top dollar for our trade. Team Nissan was giving us $ 2300 we got $ 3500 at Autofair. Team Nissan is very pushy trying to make you buy something you don’t want say we have the best in class mpg. I was going from a V6 to a 4 cylinder so mpg didn’t matter which I told them but thats all they could say best in class mpg as a selling point. Very bad experience I would recommend Autofair Honda any day of the week and couldn’t be more happy with my purchase from then.

Aaron was a grimey salesman. The listed price of a car was $ 16,995, he quoted me $ 17,995 and when i told him i needed to think about this he offered to drop the price down to the original listed price. After that, he pushed me out the door because «they were closing soon» and if i wasnt going to buy then there’s nothing left for us to talk about. Just a very rude and arrogant man. He will not be getting my commission.

We really enjoyed our experience at Team Nissan. BRANDON PERRY was our sales guy and he was great with follow through and follow up. The GERAL MANAGER was great with calling us back when we had a concern. We will definitely shop again and buy too $

If you don’t mind having your intelligence insulted by young ex military types who think they can intimidate you into doing things their way with drill sergeant like stare downs while aggressively reciting well rehearsed come backs to every thing you say then by all means feel free to «step onto their lot». Me, I wouldn’t buy a car from these clowns if they were selling them for $ 10.00 a piece.

Leased a car and paid full price, My fault… Nissan Rouge, dont recommend, Car is ok but underpowered and small. Lease just came due and they hounded my harder then a Cheap hooker that got ahold of my cell phone. Bombarded by Emails and phone calls from sales guys that last a week.
I was lured into coming down on the basis that they said my car was worth more then the payoff to the lease company and they wanted to buy it. Came down with my son only to find that they dude that hounded me for months left to be a bouncer at a local rock club. ended up explaining my situation and the reason I was there, clear that I was not looking to lease a new ride. after getting the runaround from a sleazy manager that refused to address me face to face I realized that I was it was all a scam to get me to come down and get the possible slam.
Never used the service.

This was by far worst experience ever! Last week I called the dealership about a car to find out if the exact car I was looking for still available and on lot. I spoke with a sales guy Aaron, he told me yes the car was available and I set up an appointment to go and test drive two days later (if the car was still available) and I would of course call to confirm ahead. I live in Massachusetts so I was driving almost hour and made sure that was clear.
The next day I happened to have more free time than I thought I was going to have, I then called this dealership, found out it was Aaron’s day off but I spoke with the manager Rob, gave him the details on the exact car I wanted, he told me it was on lot, I then told him I was driving almost hour and I wanted to make sure before I made drive, he told me he would have it ready.
When I got to dealership I was greeted by another sales guy, and they told me they were pulling one of the cars up. I questioned one? I called on a specific car gave All the details and he was trying to have me drive another vehicle. I was then told they no longer had the vehicle I wanted and it had gone for days. A two hour round trip wasted because they completely lied to get me in door. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I will be surprised if that dealership last with their own manager lying to get customers in door. Needless to say NEVER buying a car here!

Service department is awful.
Went in to fix an e-​brake problem on my 2007 Frontier. Took 3 visits to get it right.
After my initial visit, I was told that there were problems with my rear axle seals, which is why my e-​brake had problems to begin with. Rear axleshafts were replaced.
2 weeks after this service, my truck began making a loud rubbing/​grinding noise. I stopped driving it and used my car until I had time to get it into service. Brought it into have it looked at, and was told it was my driveshaft & accompanying bearings. Fix would cost $ 2300, down from $ 2600 after I expressed how outrageous the price was.
Left the vehicle over the weekend for service. Get a call on Monday morning. It isn’t the driveshaft — now it’s the rear differential. This will cost $ 4000 to replace. Nissan does not allow its dealers to rebuild rear differentials. Probably because nobody that works there is qualified to do it. Instead, they tell you that you need to replace the entire unit.
Anybody who knows cars will question why my rear differential was fine at the time the axleshafts were replaced, but all of a sudden the bearings were gone just 2 weeks after an axleshaft replacement. The whole thing strikes me as fishy. These parts are all within the same system. To replace one, without so much as looking at the other seems odd.
I had them button up the vehicle and took it to a real mechanic. His cost to rebuild the rear differential was $ 2100, and to replace entirely was $ 2300.
I will never buy another Nissan again, and I will never take my vehicle to Team Nissan. I’m all for paying premium prices for premium service, but unfortunately it seems this dealer gives sub-​par service for astronomical prices.
