History

Established in 1995.

Lila’s Frame Studio, opened the original business in 1995 and have since moved to the present location, 103 S. Franklin St, Manchester. We offer materials produced by nationally know companies, Larson-​Juhl, Gemini Moulding, Cresent and Bainbridge Mat boards, Tru Vue glass. through the years we have frames, sports jersey, military items, fishing lures, plates, old newspapers, quilts, the list goes on. We work with conversation quality in mind so your framework will last for a lifetime!

We also offer products by local artist and craftsmen. Three dimensional barns, pottery, hand made wood bowls, small furniture, woven rugs, photography to list a few.

Business Owner

Lila was born and raised in Edgewood, Ia. Married to Pat Deutmeyer, of Manchester and have live outside of Manchester on the family farm since.

After years of working part time in a local floral shop, I had a desire for a business of my own. With experience in floral design and knowledge of custom framing, some research, training and a handy & supportive husband, I was able to open Lila’s Silks and Accents in the basement level of a downtown Manchester business. Offering silk floral designs, home décor and custom framing. After a few years, I refocused the business on custom framing, in 2004, I had a new location and new name, Lila’s Frame Studio. I am proud to work with my client, who many of become dear friends, working in a community with a thriving downtown area. Manchester is a great place for family and business.
