Sam’s Club

I shop at the Sam’s Club in Manchester often since it’s in a very convenient location, just off South Willow Street behind South Willow Plaza (Starbucks, Modell’s, Michael’s, Pier One, Five Guys, Verizon Wireless). Show your membership card at the front door.
This Sam’s Club offers the basic items in bulk & large sizes including groceries, candy, produce, bakery items, meats, frozen foods, beverages, beer, liquor, medications, and more. This store also sells apparel, office furniture, office supplies, electronics, accessories, limited books & magazines, movies and tire & battery center. I can usually get what I need here.
I’ve made several big purchases at this location including my flatscreen HDTV, tube TV (in 2000), a folding table, and a few office chairs. I’ve saved major dollars shopping here over the many years I’ve been a member.
However in comparison to the other Sam’s Clubs in NH, this location is not as large as the others and lacks several amenities including no full service café (they offer self serve fountain drinks only), no full service pharmacy (until July 2015), and no optical center. The Concord, Hudson and Seabrook locations have those amenities that are missing here. The Hudson and Concord locations have onsite gas stations and the Hudson and Seabrook locations also have one hour digital photo labs.
Overall, the Manchester location meets my expectations for a very basic Sam’s Club offering good prices and value.
