Madewell

As good as it gets. I come to this Madewell because of the outstanding service and sales support. Sure, the clothes are good quality and attractive, but there are plenty of stores with attractive clothes. THIS store, however, offers a shopping experience unlike any other I’ve known. I enter this store and immediately feel great. The warm greeting, the helpful suggestions, the HONEST opinions, the dressing room assistance, and friendly banter… THIS is what shopping should be. Kudos to the manager here, or whoever makes the hiring decisions, as EVERY staff member I’ve encountered has been straight up LOVELY. Not kidding, Seeing Kat and Vicky at this store makes my day. I feel like I am shopping with a group of trustworthy girlfriends. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here (I’ve basically remade my wardrobe) because the environment keeps calling me back! If you are looking for a supportive, comfortable space to buy great clothes (and maybe make a few friends!) look no further. If there were ten stars, I’d give this Madewell all of ‘em.
