Went here today for an eye exam and contacts lens consult — already have been wearing them for years but waaaay overdue for exam & Rx revision. Dr. LaRosa was super sweet and explained everything and addressed my concerns over dryness and redness. She gave me new daily lens just released from Acuvue to try for the week and see how I like them without pressuring me to purchase a whole case. She even called me after my exam and left a message to give me the names of some eye drops we had discussed during my visit to help with my dry eyes, especially with lenses on. She was so friendly and I was taken in on time first thing in the morning. I look forward to giving these new lenses a shot and having better vision and comfort!

I’ve been regularly seeing the eye doctor since I was six years old, when I was blessed with my first set of glasses. I switched to Dr. Sheth a few years back when I moved closer to the area, and it was absolutely the best decision I’ve made in terms of my eye care. She and the staff are so warm and welcoming, and are such genuinely nice and knowledgable people. She will walk you through the exam and keep you updated with any changes that have occurred since your last visit. Unlike my previous eye doctor’s office, there is no mob of patients waiting in the waiting area, no feelings of being rushed, and importantly, no pressure at all to purchase contact lenses/​frames/​etc through their office versus ordering online or bringing in outside frames! They also have Saturday hours!

Love this office. Going here for a few years now. Love Dr. Sheth the best. She’s very sweet and does a good job. The office manager is efficient and I never have a worry about processing my annoying insurance. Small offering of frames but I always opt for Warby Parker frames online anyway. Referred to my bestie and she loves them too!

Average… went for an eye exam & glasses. They said I had an ‘unknown’ vision problem & I should see another ‘eye’ specialist. They promised to call me back the same day with a list of local ‘eye’ specialists. I never received the call! I called back the next day, they again said wait for a call back., call back never came!!! I know the ‘front’ desk is busy, but surely a return call is not too difficult., is it?

This was a great office! Overall medical offices are either small or very large. It’s nice to come to an office where the staff and doctors recognize their patients! The only thing I was not happy about was that they did an exam for contacts which was not covered by my insurance and without notifying me. Nonetheless, I loved how upbeat and enthusiastic the doctor was about keeping her patients informed about their eye care. I had trouble picking out a pair of glasses and I was happy not to choose one under pressure.

These folks are exceptional… They are not only experienced in optometry, but also have an un canning ability to bring it to the lay persons level so it’s easily understood. The staff there is über amazing and makes me feel like family.
I will travel the world to come see them.

Amazing attention to detail and quality of care at their Manhasset clinic. I always feel like I’m getting a thorough examination in a clean environment, and am under the care of experienced optometrists.
