Alison is AMAZING!!! She put our home on MLS on a Thursday, had Open House the following Sunday, by Tuesday we were in escrow, and 26 days later escrow closed and funded. WOW!!! My wife and I met Alison at an open house she was hosting. We had not yet committed to a realtor in our search for our first home because we just hadn’t found someone we really clicked with. We got to talking with Alison and even though she was closing down the open house, she took the time to chat with us and share her advice well past closing time. I knew from that moment that she was genuine and the way she spoke about her job showed passion as well as expertise. Plus she was fun and energetic. The moment we left the open house, my wife and I looked at each other and said «That lady is awesome. That’s our realtor.»
Alison never disappointed us. She was honest and shared her opinions and advice when asked but also allowed us to form our own opinions. She was extremely well organized and knowledgeable which made us very confident in her abilities and helped us feel at ease as first-​time buyers. Sassy, responsive & well networked.
I met Alison at an open house when I was looking to relocate to the LA area. When my wife & I finally moved out she showed us a number of homes, giving us a flavor for the South Redondo Beach area (where the market is currently extremely tight).
Alison kept her eye on the market, and when a property that fit our criteria came available she let us know immediately. That is how we found our home!

My husband and I recently purchased our first home together, and as we interviewed various real estate agents once we met Alison it was clear she went above and beyond for her clients. Whenever there was a property we were interested in seeing, Alison would get us in the door often times within a few hours. And she showed us several off-​market listings as well, giving us a first-​look advantage, and always talking to us about various things throughout the home that were pros and cons-​and things first time buyers may not necessarily know to look for. Once we were in escrow, Alison worked diligently with the sellers realtor, lending company and ourselves to resolve any issues that came up in a timely fashion.
