Willie Baronet, team leader of Coastal Vacation Estates, started as a marketing executive for Revlon and Max Factor. She quickly realized that the illusion of luxury and style was what a woman wanted even from her less expensive cosmetic products. Moving back from New York she decided to take on a bigger challenge becoming a television and movie producer for 17 years working with Disney, HBO, Alliance Atlantis,

In 2004, Coastal Vacation Estates, a full service luxury real estate company, was created. The business consisted of not only selling high end homes and investments but leasing high-​end homes furnished and unfurnished to corporate clients.

The business model for a high-​end home for sale or lease is furnish and stage it to have the look and feel like an upscale hotel or model home.
