Mr. McLellan started the business after working for two large regional based CPA firms and seeing a need to service small businesses and high net work individuals in the beach area.

Business Owner

John W. McLellan, principal of JWM has been a resident of the South Bay his entire life. Over the years, John has spent a considerable amount of time developing analytical and computer skills. These skills and his love of numbers led him to choose a career as a Certified Public Accountant. John has held progressively more responsible positions in the companies that ultimately led to become. He obtained a BS degree in Accounting from California State University of Long Beach. In 1996, John decided to obtain a CPA certification and began working for a top regional CPA firm in the Los Angeles area as a Senior Tax & Audit Accountant.

On an ongoing basis, John gives back to the community through personal involvement and the dedication of his firm’s resources. When he is not assisting clients or keeping abreast of new accounting and tax issues, he enjoys participating in beach sportsspending time with his family and friends
