Roberts Alecsandra MD

Dr Roberts does not treat the patient she treats based on how she personally feels about the patients situation. She is rude and belittling. She lied to a pharmacy about not sending a prescription for necessary medication. I will never be a patient with her again. I recommend finding a new doctor.

I cannot understand why some folks would give a one star review because a Dr moved to a better location/​facility. I got notification of the move two times via the mail. Dr Roberts is one of the best MDs I have ever had. She finds my medical problems quickly and accurately and prescribes successful treatments. She takes the time to inform and teach me even if she has to be brutally honest about my poor eating and exercise choices. She is a skilled MD and a great communicator but most importantly she diagnoses my medical problems quickly and accurately.

New location, old location, same terrible service! Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever been to in regards to respecting your time. I’ve waited over an hour for her before yet if I’m 15 minutes late, due to not being able to find her new location, I have to reschedule?! Years of bad treatment and finally I’m finding a new dr!

I’m a new patient of Dr. Roberts as my previous had left Healthcare Partners and Dr. Roberts was his replacement. I couldn’t be happier about this. I had seen her two days before leaving on a trip and needed results from a blood test before leaving. Not only did I receive the results before my trip, but Dr. Roberts took the time to personally call me herself with the results. So far, I’m impressed!

I am truly astounded by some of the negative reviews about Dr. Roberts. She has been my personal physician for about 25 years and she has been extraordinary. I never feel rushed when I see her. She is always friendly, energetic, and answers all of my questions thoughtfully. I almost always schedule an appointment but have used walk-​in services on a couple of occasions and even that wasn’t problematic. I get referrals to see specialists whenever I need them and, with the exception of a couple of occasions, I receive a call personally from Dr. Roberts with lab, xray, mri results. Her office staff is also very friendly. I was fortunate enough to receive notification by mail that the office would be moving. Overall, I’m very pleased with the care I’ve received from Dr. Roberts over the last 25 years and would recommend her highly. The only reason I rated her 4 stars and not 5 is the occasional extended wait time on the phone.

Dr. Roberts’s office is currently being relocated. I just drove over an hour in traffic to get here for walk-​in hours with severe back pain, to find a note on the door that I should call Memorial Healthcare Partners instead (Tuesday April 14). I’ve been a patient for years, yet I was never notified of this change. It might be time for me to switch healthcare providers.

An absolute gem of a woman. She is friendly, informative, attentive, present, and humorous. The wait is not at all long and the staff is very quick and professional. Would recommend to anyone, friends or family.

I went in for certain symptoms and asked for anti biotics until the results came back. She told me «No!» and had a absurd, completely unnecessary attitude with all of my questions before that. A week later I call because my symptoms are getting worse and they never called me when the results arrived. She told me what was negative and didn’t even test for what I went in for in the first place. While her pride caused her to be rude again on the phone while i asked practical questions about my health. She then proceeds to yell «BYEEEEE» to me over the phone. Everyone else was right. Super rushed, had a sense of entitlement, and unprofessional. Worst customer service i have ever experienced

I called today for an urgent appt to my primary because it was my day off. And Maria at the office was amazing she answered all my questions about ins and copay and squeezed mr right in and never made me feel I was just another patients I think nurses like maria should be appreciated much more because clearly they are in this business not to gain but to help as all medical personal should. So thank u maria.

I felt perfectly comfortable with Dr Roberts. At her office I felt at ease, got all my questions answered and was given some useful information about health related techniques that I was not familiar with before. She even made me laugh when I normally feel tense since I am not a big fan of annual female routine check ups… I would highly recommend Dr Roberts if you are looking for a doctor to trust

I was pretty nervous about seeing Dr. Roberts after all the negative reviews on here. I had picked her through my HMO just based on her geographical proximity and THEN read all her reviews. my fault, I know!
Today was my first visit with her for a physical and TB test I needed. Dr. Roberts was incredibly sweet, personable and knowledgeable. She spent over 30+ in the room with me, which is rare for a doctor. I will be sticking with her for sure!
I had to take away 1 star because once I got there, they said they couldn’t do the TB test today since it had to be read over the weekend. Totally understandable, but when I called last week I told the front desk woman the whole point of my visit was a TB test and she suggested this date. Now I have to go back tomorrow just for the test then back again Monday to have it read. Dr. Roberts was very understanding why I was upset and accommodating as to when I could come back in.

I don’t get it? I see a lot of one star reviews for Dr. Roberts, but from my experience she was awesome! I’d give her 6 stars, if I could. As I read the poor reviews I noticed a trend. The bad reviews all came from women. Hmmm? Is this a woman thing? I’m a new patient and Dr. Roberts and her staff gave me outstanding service and attention. She was very personable and asked me several questions to understand me better. She also has a great sense of humor and a big beautiful smile. She was very professional with my examination, etc. I have been to her office on twice, but both times I only had to wait a few minutes. The girls in the office were nice to me and even if they were bad, it wouldn’t change my mind about Dr. Roberts. I didn’t come to see them, I came to see Dr. Roberts. So, you ladies that write these bad reviews should be ashamed of yourselves. If it’s jealousy or just a woman’s power trip, get over it. Dr. Roberts is very good and professional. I WILL refer her to anyone I know looking for a family doctor.

I went to Dr. Roberts for an annual physical and had a great experience. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained all of the blood work that I was getting done, this is the first time any Dr. has taken the time to explain the blood work to me. She also gave me a sheet to take home describing different types of moles as this was one of my concerns. Her office staff were polite if not overly friendly.

I am surprised by some of the negative reviews. The office staff was kind and attentive. I came in with constant urination problems, with some soreness. She quickly diagnosed with me with a urine infection, which antibiotics cleared up in a few. days. The urine lab confirmed my diagnosis. Wow what a relief. Very kind doctor!

I have left this office upset all three times I have gone in. The final straw was when she diagnosed me incorrectly.
Let’s not forget to mention the receptionists who are always rude and in a bad mood either on the phone or in person; it’s obviously time for a career change ladies.
Dr. Roberts is a moron. She is not quite sure what she is doing both in the exam room or on her computer. As far as diagnosing me incorrectly goes, she told me not to worry about my sore throat and high fevers… I went to get a second opinion the same day and I had strep (which requires medication).
If you care about your health, don’t see this doctor.

Worst Doctor ever… likely does not have medical license.
1. Husband went there for Ambien to use for time zone crossing. Was told: «I don’t prescribe Ambien, but I will give you another sleeping aid.» The supposed sleeping aid was actually «Trazodone»…a drug only prescribed for depression. Upon a Google search, it did turn up an «off label» not FDA approved sleeping aid usage.
2. Daughter went there with a sinus infection. Requested Zithromax. Was told: «I don’t prescribe Zithromax, but I will give you something similar.» Was given an antiquated sulfa antibiotic that not only does not work, but according to her new doctor causes allergic reactions most of the time. My daughter is currently covered in hives from head to toe and had to get a Prednisone shot and has to take steroids for a week.
DO NOT GO TO THIS QUACK. I am thinking about getting an attorney.
I also believe she is patronizing and sarcastic… which is laughable given her lack of ability as a doctor.

Dr. Roberts doesn’t care to get to know her patient.
I had the same experience which is AWFUL. I asked Dr. Roberts questions and she just didn’t seem to care to answer or explain. She was in and out of my waiting room in 5 min. I didn’t get what I need from this doctor. Waste of my $ 20 co-​pay.
She’s not personable nor knowledgeable. I DO NOT recommend this doctor.

I had an awful experience a year ago. I would not recommend Dr Roberts Alecsandra, she doesn’t care to get to know her patience. The more polite I was the more I was made to feel uncomfortable. Sure we all have bad days, but common courtesy is expected. I am now due for my annual check up and I will be getting a new doctor. I guess coming from an amazing Doctor (Dr. Watson) in Hollywood, I have expectations.

Dr. Roberts is both personable and knowledgeable. When I called to schedule an appointment I was able to get one in a little over a weeks time. She did a thorough examination and also provided a referral to a dermatologist as I had requested. The referral was sent directly to the office and I made an appointment right away. I also asked them to complete paperwork for my nursing program and they did so within two business days.
My husband needed an emergency appointment at this office and they were very accommodating.
I highly recommend Dr. Roberts (and also this office in general).
