I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Aleksandra. She is a professional and honest and refreshing considering many of the individuals that work in real estate in the City. Firstly, I was astounded by her market knowledge, familiarity with different landlords, and thorough understanding of the application process. Her honesty is refreshing and I really valued her opinion in my decision making process. I felt that she had my best interests at heart and really wanted me to find a home I could spend the longer term in. Aleks was very responsive prior to and after the appointment and was available by both phone and text. We spent a few hours working together and she was easy to talk to, funny, and very sweet. I would highly recommend working with her and will do so on my next search.

if you are looking for someone to help you find the perfect apartment Aleksandra is the absolute best! We requested to view one apartment and within hours Aleksandra was able to meet up and show us the apartment. She also spend the remainder of the weekend showing us an additional eleven apartments.
Aleksandra is very personable and listens to what you are looking for. She did not deviate from our price range and stuck closely to the locations we were interested in. Once we found an apartment Alkesandra worked closely with the leasing office to make sure all of the paperwork was processed correctly and quickly. Overall, it took us 4 days from start to finish (looking for a place to having a signed lease with a move in date). The process could not have been easier. If I were ever to move again in NYC I would absolutely work with Aleksandra and will recommend her my friends and family in the future.

Aleksandra has by far exceeded my expectations. After calling for simply one showing, Aleksandra took me under her wing to help me find the perfect apartment for me. She really took the time to understand what I cared about, and although it took her many hours of research she did not once show me an apartment that wasn’t along the lines of what I expected.
She was patient, diligent, knowledgeable, and most importantly I could tell she cared.
After visiting about 17 apartments we finally found THE perfect one and the application/​lease signing process was a breeze. I am really happy I found her because she made this intimidating process a very enjoyable one. I am now settled in my new place and it feels wonderful. Although if I ever have to move, I will not hesitate to call her again!

Aleksandra is amazing! She is very reliable and will definitely get you the biggest bang for your buck in NYC. She charges a very reasonable broker fee for great work, which is hard to find, and she is on her toes at all hours of the day to help you look for a new home whenever is most convenient for you. I am happily now moved into my new home on the Upper East side with all of the amenities and space that I could possibly want for a great price. I couldn’t have done it without her!

I hesitated to write the first review for a while as I was worried that it might seem unreal! I have nothing but great things to say about Aleksandra. The most personable and ethical agent that one could imagine. She was an invaluable help during the process of renting a luxury apartment in Chelsea and midtown, NY. She was absolutely great and was NOT the pushy that you usually meet as real estate agents. She was extremely helpful in showings me all the different apartments we looked at. We probably ended up seeing nearly 15 apartments in two days, but she was extremely patient and never tried to push me towards anything. Working with Aleksandra made the always-​already frustrating process of finding the perfect home a pleasure (meantime, I am very happy now with my apartment!). Her patience, knowledge, success in scheduling all the appointments and scope of understanding of the renting market of NYC was boundless. She walked me through every step of the process and even negotiation part in her positive and professional way, assisted me through all the unforeseen complications and delays and basically, made me feel anything less than 100% priority! I strongly recommend Aleksandra to anyone looking to rent/​or buy a new apartment. I am pretty sure she will help you find your dream home!
