One of the worst BKs I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to a few BKs in my lifetime — 30+ years. The corporate offices for BK should shut it down.

This place by far is the worst place ever. Customer service totally sucks. You wait 30 plus minutes to get your order. The smoothie machine seems to always be broken or they don’t have the supplies to make the smoothie. As of late they have a security cleaning guy who harasses you if you are sitting down while your spouse is ordering your food, but allows other people to sit there with out any food from the place. Seriously if it wasn’t close to the house and so inexpensive I wouldn’t go here. In fact I rather go to McDonald’s up the block.

I love burger king but this location has to be the worst in the chain. The food got me sick twice. The staff gets my order wrong every time. Stay away from this place. I do not like MacDonald’s but I would eat there before eating here.

The staff here is so incompetent. There aren’t adjectives to describe it. It’s like a step above the McDonald’s on 125th and St. Nick. One time I was here and there was a little girl running around behind the counter touching everything. This place should be shut down by the health department.

Is it possible to give 0 stars on Unilocal.By far, this place has the most incompetent staff I have ever seen or even heard of. I went here 3 consecutive days and 3 consecutive times I waited 15 plus minutes then they got my order wrong. It seems like the staff is literally in slow motion. I ordered a sandwich with no BBQ instead I got mayo. They don’t even normally put mayo on the new BBQ big sandwich with onion rings. These people seriously need to pay more attention. If at all possible. I would even urge Corporate Burger king to disenfranchise that location. Absolutely pathetic.

This has to be the worst place to buy food uptown. The service is slow, the people working there have nasty attitudes, they let drunk homeless people sleep and roam in there and it’s really dirty! It’s really disorganized. They need to step it up because I felt disgusted buying food there and will never be returning.

I personally love Burger king but this place is horrible! The service is really bad, they forget your order, sometimes give a completely different thing than what you asked for, and they have a bit of an attitude. I literally have to check my food when it’s ready to make sure they have everything right because most of the time if you don’t you’ll end up going home missing something.

Let me start off by saying I love Burger King. I have since I was a little girl. I have always preferred them to any other Fast Food place. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches were always a great treat. My recent experience at this establishment is one of the worst I’ve ever had to endure. I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times and each time it has gotten worst. Lets start at the first grievance –Slow service. With the line sometimes to the door, I don’t understand how thy can only have 1 person working the register. That is not a brilliant move. When i finally get up to the front and try to place my order, the cashier suddenly leaves and disappears to the back for 7mins(I kept time). I finally place my order(double cheeseburger with no pickles and a small fries), I check the time again 7:42pm. I collect my ticket and wait 22 mins for my order to be delievered to find my fries are cold and my burger has pickles on it and is dry. I complain and instead of making me a new burger I see the employee just take the pickles off my dry burger(with no gloves) and rewrap it. To add insult, they also microwave it to make it seem as though its hot and fresh. I complain again and they finally make it right. The employees regularly chat and text, not paying attention to he massiv crowd of people who are aiting for thei food. I have never gotten hot fries from this place on the first order. I always have to tell them they are cold. I speak and understand enough soanish realize that they regularly give their friend the hook up and pass out free food. There are 2 employees that are so horrible that if I see they are working there I wont even order because I know nothing will be accomplished in a timely manner. I will never try this place again. If BK headquarters doesn’t step up and take responsibilty for his establishments horrible acts then I will forever boycott BK.
