He was born in Congo, in the northern region that is known for great food, using all the unique and abundant ingredients this tropical region offers.

He grew up in Belgium, in a region known for their exquisite terroir recipes.

Congo Belge brings a unique blend of Congolese and Belgian food and «art de vivre».

Amodo B.

Business Owner

Amodo was born in Congo and grew up in Belgium. His passion for food made Congo Belge the unique AFROPEAN catering company it is today.

Amodo will personally ensure that each catering experience is a great culinary experience centered around «art de la table» and his personal life.

He will demonstrate how you can make your next catering event not just another lunch but a great experience that leaves you and your invitees invigorated, with renewed energy and inspiration.

Amodo lives in Manhattan with his Belgian wife and their 11 year old son.
