This location is close to my job so I come here every so often. The lines move quickly but as always — the order line is so confusing. The personnel can sometimes be quite rude and ignore you and continue talking to their fellow coworkers. When they do get around to doing their job, they are quick. The buttermilk chicken here tastes better than the one on 6th avenue.

McDonald’s is a joke, constant raise in prices but yet can’t even get medium fries correct… Why pay for a medium if your going to get a small anyways

Once in a whole I drop by this McDonald’s as it is right by the subways station and close by my work place. The food here is on par with all other McDonald’s. Service is especially quick in the mornings. The cashiers are pretty efficient. As with other McDonald’s I never know where to stand to wait for my food after I order as there is no designated waiting area. So I usually pick the cashier on the far left or right. FYI, the ice cream machine is on the right side, so order on the right side to make sure you get your ice cream cone or sundae right away.

Horrible experience. Came up to use the bathroom before buying food and a African American employee in a White and blue checkered button down shirt kept screaming curses like toto Grande. disgusting presentation of employees. In the heart of Manhattan? Really ghetto employees.

Clean location with two floors, interesting seating, but strange food delivery system. They literally scream out what’s in the bag so that you can go and get the food. Why? There’s a number on the ticket; so why wouldn’t you read the number? Strange. All else is good. Especially that Big Mac sauce! It’s soooooo good!

We came here for the new 50 piece McNuggets!!! Good stuff when you have a craving. Just every so often you just get a craving for their fries too. This McDonald’s is relatively okay. It’s super busy most times during the day. There are always homeless people who come into this store. But the management handles them pretty well and politely too. Staff are generally efficient but sometimes there are so many cashiers and not enough staff to put together the orders. Cashiers can smile too.

Slowest service in the world. Wow, there’s no «fast food» about this place except that maybe their food is gross enough to be considered that but don’t ever expect fast service here. Wait in line to order, wait for your order, wait, wait, wait!(Oh and prices are higher bc it’s Times Square, what a joke!)

So I usually go into this location before, during, or after I get out of work. And on this particular day I went into this McDonald’s and after the experience I went through while in there I felt the need to write a review… The females that was cleaning are so rude and disgusting. I am sitting downstairs dining at the table near the steps and one of the females starts swinging her WET rag back and forth over us while we are dining, as soon as I noticed it because I heard the noise of the wetness, she goes«what happen» in her Spanish accent. I responded in a angry tone«we are eating, that’s what happened.» To make matters worse there’s another one who’s mopping and she mops my dag on foot and didn’t even say excuse me, issued me an apology… Nothing, I kicked her mop over. All I can say is I am done and good with this location. The food was alright. But that behavior coming from not ONE but TWO employees, I am very good, I’ll take my money elsewhere. They’re plenty of restaurants to choose from. And P. S. If you don’t like your job, leave. Don’t stay there and be an a**hole. I shouldve taken pics of them too.

one of the worst McDonald’s ever.. . the staff is slow and can not understand simple orders.. . for example: — staff: hi welcome to McDonalds may i take your order. — me: can i please get a strawberry and banana smoothie large *she then repeats my order and tells me to swipe my card* in return i receive a strawberry sunday thats been sitting on the counter and nearly melted from the heat wave another example: — staff: hi welcome to McDonalds may i take your order. — me: hi can i get a number one large w/tomatoes and sprite — staff: do you want the meal?(i though that by stating that i want a number one that would mean the meal.. . or did McDonalds change their policies on how the menu works? *she inputs the order numerous times and voids it numerous times. after about 5 or more minutes fumbling with the machine she finally get the order in. the total comes up and its kinda high but i figured maybe its cause of the tomatoes so think nothing of it. when my food arrives she passes me the bag and i look inside i see that theres a quarter pounder and a big mac with large fries.. . that is clearly not what i ordered. in the beginning i had no issues with this place but now i don’t think i will be going to this one on my lunch break anymore. i rather walk the 2 more blocks uptown and go to the one on 42nd street fast food reviews are ridiculous but i mean when the service is this bad.. . something needs to be said.. . STAYAWAY!!!

I know, I know… Reviewing a McDonald’s in NYC is hardly worth my time. But given I’ve actually had good experiences at some of these establishments in the city(and that there are a ridiculous amount of them to choose from… kinda like Dunkin Donuts in RI and Southeastern MA) I figured it best to steer Unilocaler’s to the one’s worth stepping foot in. This is not one of those places. Having not yet settled into the groove of things on a weekend New Years trip to the city, the bf and I chose to head to the nearest McDonald’s for some easily acquired Egg McMuffins and breakfast bagel sandwiches. As a somewhat fan of the breakfast selections at this fast food chain, I was sorely disappointed in what I received. Ordering was a fiasco. In the early hours, this place had already run out of hash browns. Not wanting the salad… yes salad… they were offering in its place at 10 am, I ended up simply with a sandwich and orange juice. Bringing it back to our hotel room, as most of the seating was either occupied or in horrendous condition, I sourly made my way through the lukewarm pile of bagel, egg, and bacon. I lazily ate while watching the bf struggle through the rock hard english muffins comprising his Egg McMuffin. Save yourself the hassle and find another location or business to get your breakfast from in this area. With the prices here, you really aren’t saving yourself that much money by stopping in…

Recently renovated, clean tables, and standard food makes this a decent McD’s. Its located on Broadway and 40th St and has two levels. Nothing really stellar to report, but also nothing terribly amiss either. 3 Stars.

The only reason I am writing a review for McDonald’s is because THISISTHEWORSTMCDONALD’S EVER; alas for my desperate, no-time-for-lunch $ 1.51 order of [cold] small fries that took 10 minutes and was served by the sourest-ass scowl this side of fast food
