Dr. Rabinovich is really a fantastic doctor. I have been getting migraines for quite some time and she is the only doctor who has actually taken the time to discuss my options and create a regimen that has significantly helped my quality of life.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DECEPTIVE PRACTICE – DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! In all my life, I have never met such a rude, fraudulent, dishonest doctor as Dr. Alina Rabinovich who is a liar, scam artist and a shame to her medical profession. I went to her under a Groupon $ 129.00 deal for 20 units botox and was given the runaround from the start. Dr. Rabinovich was cold, controlling, and argumentative, and gave me 4 TINY pin prick injections that was less than even 5 units. I KNOW from my 10 years experience getting botox she did not give me 20 units (and the syringe was nearly full), but when I asked Dr. Rabinovich if she gave me 20 units, she curtly replied, «Yes» and walked off… After 2 weeks seeing NO RESULTS or any difference in the treated area, I called and was told I was not seeing results because «different people react differently», and I could come in for more botox but not «for free». FOR «FREE»??? After not even giving me the 20 units I already paid for in good faith??? In no way could she have injected 20 units in 4 TINY injections, and I couldn’t believe how she kept lying to me it was 20 units, when obviously she hardly injected ANY at all which is the reason I was seeing NO results. I’ve been getting botox for 10 years, I am not an inexperienced patient or a dummy. I realized this is how she scams people with the groupon deal, by not honoring the service and then lying she did and having them pay for more. I have been getting botox treatments with several doctors in New York and LA, and this is the first time I have ever had a bad experience much less met such a scumbag doctor as Dr. Rabinovich. She also refused to remedy the matter satisfactorily like any reputable business merchant or good doctor would, or try to do the right thing. She even had the audacity to tell me I «asked» to pay the office directly instead of paying through Groupon, and refused to give me even a partial refund or resolve this matter, and it was simply unbelievable the way she insisted on lying to my face even about something I never did, as if lying will make it true… When I called her previous offices in Massachusetts and New Jersey, NOBODY had one good thing to say about this doctor who has fled at least 2 offices before coming to Midtown Neurology & Aesthetics, has terrible reviews, and has only been in practice about 5 years. In addition, her receptionist, Pinky, is incredibly obnoxious and rude. Well, her bad reputation and deceptive practice will catch up to her here in New York as well, nobody wants to go to a liar or a con artist. DR. ALINA RABINOVICH IS THE MOST HORRIBLE, WORST DOCTOR IN NEW YORK!!!
