Came here for a colonic, good deal on Groupon, space is small but fine, I like that screen with fish, pretty standard place, if you have had colonics before it’s all pretty much the same, I would come back.

I’ve been here twice. Quick and painless service. The staff is super friendly. The facility is immaculate. They offer you a little green drink with a probiotic afterward. I purchased a package so I’ll be back. No complaints here

Just called to make an appointment and a rude woman with Eastern European accent was so rude I just hung up. Lol can’t say much about this place other than, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I had the worst experience with this place. After calling and scheduling an appointment with the heavily accented Eastern European woman who answered the phone, the same woman curtly told me when I arrived for that appointment that I was not on her schedule and It was my mistake. When I explained that I had spoken directly with her and recounted our conversation she basically insisted I was lying. If she had just owned up to it being an error or oversight instead of trying to pin it on me I might have given this place another chance, but you don’t go in for a treatment expecting to be abused.
Please do not waste your time with this place.

My expirience was terrifying. I called 8 days before to schedule an appoitment for colonic on Friday, January 17^th at 6pm. The lady I scheduled appoitment with was very friendly. But when I arrived to the place at 5:50 on a scheduled day different lady opened a door (Asian with light acsent). I said «hello, how are you» and she said «what do you need?». I said that I had an appoitment. She replied «not right now» and closed a door in front of me!!! I couldn’t beleive it was really happening and knocked on the door again. She said «i’m busy right now, you have to make an appoitment, you can’t just show up». She was extremely rude and kept rolling eyes on me. Obviosly someone in that place messed up and didn’t put my appoitment down but that wasn’t the reason why I was upset. Things happen. After I showed the lady my groupon she said «so what do you want from me, i just got back from vacation». I said «i want an appology and i want you to tell me how you can help me now and when would be the next appoitment». She said «fine, I’ll make you an appoitment, you can come on Monday». Then she asked me to come in (all that time i was talking to her from the stairs), by the time we got to reservation calendar I changed my mind and decided never ever to come here again. The place wasn’t very clean and If she is so rude now who knows what going to happen when I take my pants off! That’s funny and frustrating at the same time.
Can’t say anything about the colonic because I’m never getting it at that place. Now have to figure out how to get my money back.
