Misorena Ltd by Yochai Azani

I hadn’t realized, when I checked in here last night, that Misorena had replaced the Bridal Registry at this location.
Misorena, which also has a location at 2081 Broadway (at the 72^nd Street stop on the ½/​3 trains), has been open in this location probably since ²⁰⁰⁸⁄₂₀₀₉ (which is when I started shopping here).
The range of designers goes from Calvin Klein to D&G, but they do sometimes carry less well known designers. (I picked up two Roberta Freymann items, a shirt and a dress this last trip.)
Like any «sample sale» or discount store, the trick is to set a budget and to stick to it. I try not to spend more than $ 50/​dress and $ 30/​top. It is tricky, but it can be done — I got a dark blue silk Calvin Klein dress here for $ 50 that is just gorgeous and I have gotten a few shirts and skirts for as low as $ 10/​per item.
I don’t yet know of an online or email list which lets the customers know what sales are coming to this location, but I do try to email the owner/​manager ahead of time when I know that I’ll be in the area to see if they have collection (s) that I might be interested in seeing.
