I love she winks the service is amazing as far as teeth whitening, eyebrow wax/​tinting, microblading, Eyelashes extension, laser hair removal, Beauty marks, permanent full lip, and lip liner and eyeliner make up, they also do make up for special occasion and now they also do gel manicure like what else can we ask for lol. Beside all the amazing services they provide, each employee guide you through the whole process plus they so organized, nice and do the best job ever. Specially sena who alway do my brow on point and Jesse who is so friendly and professional.

I have gone twice and have loved my lashes both times. Very relaxing and professional, the place is so posh and beautiful. I recommend it to anyone. Lashes are super comfortable, you forget you have falsies on!

I went in this afternoon for a set of 2D lashes. I normally do 3D but i haven’t been «feelin» them lately due to the fact that i felt as though it was too much for me. i absolutely hate the butterfly look and i had lashes that were a little too long for me. I went it in and was fortunate enough to get Anna. I didn’t choose her, i just called and book and got lucky!
I cannot begin to explain how amazing she is. She’s extremely gentle, kind and she’s such a cute lady. I’m never relaxed because Im always working but when i got in that bed i was! i was so sore from yoga from earlier and she was able to handle my «ants in my pants» from adjusting my legs here & there.
She had to remove some of my previous lashes and did it with such ease. I ABSOLUTELY love my lashes and I cannot wait to return to Anna. As a licensed Esthetician (who also does lash extensions) I can say she did a pretty AWESOME job! Thank you so much!
btw I’ve paid for lashes $ 500 & up at high end places and got a hell of a crappy job done here and there but SHE WINKS prices are absolutly reasonable, so if you’re fussing over their prices you need to re-​evaluate yourself. They’re so clean and tidy.

I followed She Winks on Instagram for weeks. I basically had no eyebrows, from over tweezing and waxing. I needed to find a place that shaped and tinted brows to perfection. I also wanted to try their famous lashes. Well I got mink lashes and an eyebrow shaping and tint. I am super pleased with the outcome. They offer champagne, water etc (still pissed I said no to that) the place is gorgeous and super clean. My eyelash and eyebrow artist was fantastic and quick. The whole experience was so relaxing. They are located in a building. They even came down stairs to get me. You won’t regret an appointment with She Winks!!!

Olga was my Lash Technician. She was professional & kind, patient with my description of the look I wanted. She took her time and gave me her suggestions. I truly felt her listening to what I wanted. She did an amazing job. The best I’ve had so far. The lashes have lasted longer than 3wks. She did the bottom lashes — new mink full set — for my top lashes was a refill /​fix mink. I couldn’t be happier. I cant wait to come back home to rebook her again. She really opened/​lifted my eyes with her shaping /​style. The Lash Studio itself is beautifully decorated & spacious. The front desk when I called to book apt was polite & worked with me on times to get me in when I needed. Very accommodating & just a delight to book. When I walked in I felt very welcomed & relaxed. They give you a pink brush & care for your lashes. Pricing is reasonable. Service exceeded my expectations.

LoAnn is amazing! I can’t comment on any other technicians, as I always go to LoAnn, but from the looks of it they all seem very professional and knowledgable.
LoAnn does such an amazing job on my lashes! I get a mink full set which takes about 45 – 60 mins. She has a great touch and amazing skills! My lashes look amazing and last for almost 2 months! I’ve never had them last this long anywhere else!

I love, love, love this beauty center. I always have an amazing experience when I get my lashes done.
My lash tech is Olivia and she is amazing, fast and patient. She lets you know everything that she is doing and then tells you to just relax until you are done.
She took a great before and after photo of her work and I was very pleased.
I went back in for a three week refill and she was done in under 30 mins, and I had minimal fall out.
As I read other reviews I think to each their own you have to take care of your lashes if you want them to last it’s just like anything else you invest money in. If you don’t care take of them they won’t last.
Rules: don’t wet them for 24hrs and don’t sleep on them.
Brush them twice a day and use oil free cleaners!

Nice salon BUT exercise caution if your lashes fall out easily OR you wear lashes all the time. They don’t insure their work.
My lashes fell out completely in two weeks. When I came in to get them redone I was charged for a full new set. Every single salon I have been to insures their work. If the lashes fall out or you need a refill you pay the refill price. The good news is the owner did give me 20% off this one time, but exercise caution coming here if your lashes fall out easily or if you wear lashes all the time. $ 140 is a lot for ALL YOUR lashes to fall out after two weeks.
The staff is polite and professional, the salon décor is nice and convenient location and hours if you work in midtown /​Times Square.

From start to finish I felt welcomed, Seina did my set of lashes & I’m so happy. I’m addicted & will be returning every 3 wks. My husband thought I got my makeup done not realizing I had no make– up on just my lashes are finally full

Sena did my first set of silk lashes and it came out exactly as I wanted. I explained to her that it was my first time ever having lash extensions applied and that I desired a very natural, everyday look. She understood the look I was going for and was very patient explaining the process to me. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was late opening the store the day of my visit, as a result delaying my appointment 20 min. I hate to wait!
But, their facilities are extremely comfortable (they have plush throw covers to cozy up with while you lay back on the lounge table in case you get cold from the A/​C) and Sena was such an angel. Definitely going back for my refill in a couple of weeks

I went to She Winks last month for an eyebrow tint — but at the technician’s suggestion, I went with a waxing too to clean up the brow area. I absolutely loved the way my eyebrows looked with the tinting. They looked much fuller.
When I got back to my work office, I realized the skin under my right eyebrow was very red and raw. By the end of the night, I had a burn mark under my eyebrow. The burn eventually dried up and peeled away, leaving a slight mark, that has since faded — thankfully.
I think the technician likely burned me by reapplying the warm wax again and again to the same area, which irritated my skin.
Unfortunately, the tint did not last very long on my eyebrows — maybe 5 days and I will not be doing that service here again.

I love She Winks! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Very affordable and such a comfortable/​peaceful/​lux environment. The owners/​managers are always very polite and the business is run very well.
Loann is the best. Very professional and meticulous. I get the mink set and do refills every 2x weeks.
Personally, I am someone who is always in a rush, but this is something you do not want to get done in a hurry. Make sure you have adequate time to get your lashes done properly. If you rush your lash stylist through an appointment, the glue can easily get messed up and your lashes will come out in clumps. I learned this the hard way.

I can’t rave enough about She Winks!!! The whole experience from beginning to end is just Amazing! Olga And Sena (I hope I spelled it right lol) So sweet and professional. They take their time and my lashes always come out beautiful. No clumps of glue or lashes looking like bat wings. Very natural yet Glamorous. I just love them I definitely recommend them for 1^st timers and anyone else looking for beautiful lashes.

This place is really nice. The décor on the inside is amazing! However, I went there for eyebrow shaping and tinting and came out with two different looking eyebrows. And I’m so disappointed! I initially wanted to speak to the girl before she applied the tint. She didn’t seem to be too knowledgable about it and just told me that it lasted 2 weeks. I layed down while she applied the tint and later waxed my eyebrows.
There was NO shaping. All she did was put the super dark tint on and then wax around it, in small patches. Painting someone’s skin with a dye to make their eyebrows look thicker is what she winks considers «reshaping»? This is SO upsetting. I came here because Instagram looked so promising. And now I look like a clown. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I will now have to wait for them to grow back in and have them reshaped else where.
50 $? And I wasn’t AT ALL satisfied. Madness. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but someone needs to hear about this.

Getting your eyelashes done should not be a painful experience. This was just that at the salon.
Can’t remember the name of the girl that did my eyelashes but I KNOW it wouldn’t have been any better with any other technician, because when the lady at the front desk asked how my experience was and I told her it was very painful, she said because of how thick the eyepads are, it’s unavoidable to get some eyelashes stuck to the pad…
Really??? That’s your response? I’m for sure NEVER going there again.
My eyelashes got stuck to the pads and the technician had to rip pieces off the glue.
The pads weren’t the only problem, she glued my bottom lashes to the top lashes on both eyes. She was NOT gentle when she was trying to separate them… she stuck her tool in between the stuck pieces and pulled away from my face very fast, basically ripping my bottom lashes.
The glue job was chunky towards the base not only because there were chunks of the pad stuck to them that she tried to hide with the black glue, but just because it was a very sloppy job.
While she was separating my glued together eyelashes and getting pieces of the pad off she kept whispering «I’m sorry!»…I probably heard that at least 7 times. That’s not something I want to be hearing during my experience.
You’re better off going to a more reputable place, the only reason I came here was because I was late to another appt somewhere else and they couldn’t fit me in that same day so I was scrambling to find a place that could do my lashes within the next hour because I was going away for the holidays the next morning. I knew it was pretty sketchy that they had an opening after getting rejected at probably 30 other places, but I was desperate!
