Lash Touch is my go to salon for eyelash extensions after trying a few in midtown. Their service is great, June does the best cat-​eye look! Just got eyelash extensions for the first time and I could not be happier. My Lash Touch experience was pleasant from start to finish. I had initially made my first appointment for 12:00pm, but unfortunately was not able to make it on time due to NY traffic. The guy at the front desk was very understanding when I called, and was nice enough to move my appointment to 2pm.
When I walked into the salon, I was pleased by how beautifully decorated and clean it was. I was attended right away and as a nervous first-​timer, felt confident and comfortable with the explanation and information that the technician, Kim, gave me regarding all the choices I had from the material of the lashes (mink or silk) to curl, length, and thickness. I decided to go with the natural, full touch (160 lashes), mink, .12mm, C curl lashes. I was nervous at first about having someone touch my eyes for more than an hour straight, but it turned out to be the most relaxing experience EVER.
I was blown away by how natural, and beautiful my new eyelashes were. SO happy I chose Lash Touch. I already got my cousin to come, and my mom as well. Everyone is amazed at how natural and beautiful they look.
They’ve also got some great discounts, complimentary drinks & snacks, as well as a really cute beauty product station outside the restroom, which is useful if you have to remove any makeup before your appointment, etc.

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions. The place is super clean and looks really nice inside (they also have complimentary snacks and drinks). I had no idea what to get, but they really help you out trying to match you up with how you’d like your eyelashes to look. Yuna was the one who helped me out — she was really nice and made sure I was comfortable. I got the C-​curl mink lashes and absolutely love it. They also provide a 30% discount to new customers — such a great deal! Overall I would definitely come back here again!

First time getting an eyelash extension. After an extensive research on the pros and cons of getting an eyelash extension, I finally decided on this place to try it out.
Located on the 2^nd floor (closer to 6^th Ave), the place is extremely clean and they even have complimentary drinks.
Jade was my specialist and she made sure I was comfortable. I got the Natural, Extra Full Touch, C Curl and love how it came out.
Everyone here is extremely friendly. Also every three visits you get 30% off.

This is my favorite place to get my lashes done! Been doing this for about two years and I’ve tried a few other salons but Lash Touch is hands down the best! The lashes last me for over a month if I take proper care of them and they look so beautiful. I usually go to see Yuna which is my favorite but the other girls are really talented as well. The staff is super friendly and the space is clean, modern and nice. I always fall asleep to the relaxing music while i’m there and always look forward to my appointments. Would recommend this to anyone wanting to try eyelash extensions!

Today, I had natural C curl beautifully and peacefully done by the technician Ari. I am 100% satisfied the result and my lashes don’t look overloaded even though Ari attached so many lashes on me!≠)
The atmosphere and people were so nice enough to get some great rest. Whoever had a tired weeks and wanna give self a treat, should visit this place. And of course you will be more beautiful whatever you do here.

I love my lashes! This place is very clean and have private and semi private beds available. I came on a Monday around noon and it was not crowded at all. I checked in a bit early so I had to wait until my appointment time which is not a problem. While I waited I was offered complimentary drinks and candy. When my technician, Yuna, was ready she went through the types of lashes they have and I chose a natural look with C 9 – 11 length. The entire process took about two hours so make sure that you have time to wait. SIP ON THE COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS WISELY GIRLS. Halfway through the procedure I was practically begging for it to be over because I had to use the bathroom so badly. Overall, I had a great first time experience and will definitely be back again.

Lash Touch is awesome! I’m so happy I found this place. All the technicians are really good, you actually can’t go wrong with anyone. It is super clean and calm inside. Everyone who works there is so kind and hospitable. Their prices range enough that one can find a pretty affordable option compared to other places in the city. I’ve gotten my lashes done at several places in midtown and besides Ebenezer this is my new favorite spot. No pushy sales pitch or tip requests here.
I was went for my first appointment today and I was very satisfied with my service. C Curl Double 11 – 13. Jade did a Great Job. The shop is inviting to the point of relaxation and visually comforting.
I will surely be back and have already scheduled my 3 week fill-​in.
I will follow up in a few days to see how my lashes look…

All the technicians are amazing. Their attention to detail and patience is outstanding. My lashes look so natural, voluminous and I keep coming back. Worth every single dollar. Every third time I get 30% off! Can’t beat it. Book with Jade she is my favorite, but honestly all of them are professional and great. It was my first time getting eyelash extensions so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The place had a soothing ambiance and everyone was very welcoming and professional. The technician made sure I was okay with everything and I eventually went with the natural full look with J curl. I love it and they held up pretty well so far! At the end, they also provided me with a free spoolie and a set of directions on how to take care of it. Service was excellent and I will definitely be coming back!

This is the place to go in NYC. I have been getting my lashes done for years and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a place that did this well when I moved to the city. Not only did a find a place that did lashes well, I found a place that did them better than I could have ever thought possible! Not only do they do great work, but the team is professional and friendly. You will not be disappointed with Lash Touch and their technicians.

Best lash place ever, I strongly recommend!!! I’ve been couple of other lash places but this place was very clean and technicians are very kind and talented. Prices are vary, depends how much lashes you want to put. Also, you can choose which style you want! I got a glamorous style, I love it!

The lashes here last so much longer than other places, so you really get the most bang for your buck. The lashes I get at other salons are gone in two weeks. These ones get me to almost 4 weeks.
Each of the technicians I’ve seen have been really good. They really find a style that is suitable for the shape of your eye and what you are looking for.

I have been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 5 months. I don’t have a favorite technician they all do a wonderful job no matter who did my lashes. They are very flexible with rescheduling and most importantly my lashes last. I am so happy to have found this gem.

Compared to many other places where you can feel like you’re on an assembly line, this place feels the most CLEAN, peaceful and spa-​like. They give you discounts every few times you go as well which is a great added bonus, and makes it manageable to have really great lashes all the time. I’ve been here for a couple months now, and I like all my technicians. Extremely skillful ladies!
I’ve done eyelash extensions for nearly 6 years now, and I have had all kinds of technicians, this place is among the best. The glue they use is not stimulating; I can open my eyes right away once the process is done. If anything not so perfect, is that I wish they can use thinner lashes since I am Asian so thinner ones would look more natural on me as well as stay longer. However, the lashes stay long enough, and I am very happy with my experience with them!

Favorite lash extension shop. Excellent customer service and great technicians. I always go to Mina and she makes my lashes perfect every time. I love the natural lash feeling and the glue holds well from this place. Other places their lashes feel synthetic and tend to last shorter.

I’m from Australia and have been travelling the states for 2 months! I get my eyelashes done at home so I’ve been looking everywhere I’ve been for somewhere to get them done, by chance I stumbled across Lash Touch and I couldn’t be happier. The price of eyelashes are a lot cheaper in Australia so at first I was a little dubious but it’s definitely worth it.
I emailed Lash Touch on Friday and had a reply within 20 minutes and an appointment book for the Saturday.
Everyone was so friendly and I couldn’t believe the detail they go with you before hand so you get the right look! I think I had Soo and she was so kind and gentle. she said that my eyelashes were longer than we first thought so she went for the longer lash to get the better look. I’m so happy with my eyelashes, I wish I could take Lash Touch home with me :)

This is my first time getting eyelash extensions so this review may not be a fair testament since I have no comparisons previously. I went in for my appointment on Thursday evening and there were three other waiting before me. I had arrived early and I had to wait around 15 minutes after my appointment time). I’m not going to lie, I was a bit annoyed as I was used to appointment times being very strict, but once I started the procedure, I realized what a complex and meticulous process it was — it simply cannot be rushed! I would say arrive 5 minutes early and expect a short wait.
I had Soo, and she was very patient with my questions. She wasn’t particular about a certain look or size/​length/​curl/​thickness of the lashes so she was very good at helping me weigh the pros and cons of the choices. Eventually, I went with Mink lashes, C-​curl and a mid-​long length. Soo did warn me that C-​curls last shorter because they are heavier but I went along with it anyway.
The results were great! They looked amazing and dramatic — my co workers and friends all took notice. However, Soo was right. The C-​curls were heavy on my natural short Asian eyelashes and less than a week later, I was in Lash Touch again because my C-​curls would not shape (they flew everywhere) and I lost a bunch of eyelashes because they were so heavy. Soo was so kind and though I deserved a huge ‘I told you so!’ she kindly listened and helped me pick the right lashes. I ended up taking off some of my C-​curls and mixing and matching with J-​curls. They’re a little shorter but so much more manageable and still have the dramatic effect! I walked out so happy with my lashes and so satisfied with the customer service. I really need to thank Soo for her expertise and patience with me!
As for the 4-​star instead of 5-​star, I would need to see how long it lasts. The C-​curls didn’t last for me, but it was due to the way my natural lashes settled and couldn’t hold up the extensions. But I am very optimistic about my new J-​curls! Will update on how long they last! I highly recommend Soo and Lash Touch. It was such a nice and relaxing experience!!!

Finally! A professional, clean, efficient lash salon with friendly staff. Lash Touch is located near Bryant Park in the heart of Midtown. They have a simple but elegant setup. A waiting area with water and snacks. Three comfortable beds in the open floor with a couple of private rooms. They usually play r&b and other songs you would hear on lite FM on a low volume.
The lash stylist always sit with the client to discuss your options and what would look best and natural. I always go for natural and silk lashes and in love with the results. No irritations. No lashes falling out the next day for no reason. Prices are even listed on their website. Take all my money, these women know what they’re doing! Expect to pay full price for their sessions as they offer a couple of deals for newcomers and a few discounts for touch up (the front desk usually gives you a coupon)
Appointments are easy to make through phone or email. I would suggest offering packages for regular customers in the future. Overall I’m very happy with Lash Touch. Please stay awesome!

I see Yuna about every two weeks. She does an excellent job every time! She knows exactly what I want when I walk in and always gives me a pain-​free experience, leaving me with gorgeous results every time.
You can choose between silk or mink lashes, with silk apparently being slightly lighter in weight of the two and more natural looking. If you check in on Unilocal,you get a free silk upgrade ($ 20 value). They have two curl options, C curl or J curl, with C being the curlier of the two and J being more natural looking. They offer lengths 8−15mm. Lastly, you can choose .15mm or .20mm thickness, with .20 being considered more of a «mascara» look.
For first timers, the service is 50% off. They also give out coupons every few visits for discounts on a future new set and one touch-​up. Their prices overall are extremely competitive with other salons, and I believe I get the most bang for my buck here when considering my tech’s talent, the atmosphere, kindness of staff, etc. I’ve been to a few different salons and Yuna is the best!
The salon is super clean and neat with comfortable beds and a waiting area. They have complimentary water bottles, canned beverages, and snacks while you wait. One of the staff will always take your coat to hang and will return your coat to you at the end of the appointment.
A big plus is my ability to make appointments with them via text. I try to book a few days in advance since I will only see Yuna.
