BEWARE!
1) The heartbeat recording didn’t work once we got home. Turns out the technician placed the plastic heart into the teddy bear with the switch turned to RECORD. Therefore, as soon as we pressed the teddy bear to listen to the heartbeat, we recorded OVER the heartbeat. Oh, and they don’t save this stuff.
2) Turns out, some months later, when I went to consolidate all my pics into one place, I went to open the CD’s AND the DVD’s with the pics and live video’s but I got a message asking if I wanted to start a project. You’re only asked that if the CD’s and DVD’s are BLANK! I was told (after the fact, of course) that these Cd’s and DVD’s are only for PC’s, however, I didn’t get an unreadable format error. I tried opening these items on a PC and guess what? They’re blank. Oh, and they do NOT save the videos on their end, just the pics … but guess what?
3) They can’t find me in their system so no back up pictures for me. I only have the 7 pics they actually printed for me.
Ask yourself, what are the chances that so many things can «go wrong» if this place is legit and/​or reputable? ZERO! I’m so angry and upset. They clearly don’t check to make sure ANYTHING is recorded and/​or saved! I’m angry that I didn’t make sure myself but I was swept up by all of the images and sounds of my unborn baby to be present enough for this.

Best 3d sonogram ever! I had Leonida, (sp?) as my tech and she was super patient and got amazing pics!!! I will cherish these forever!!!

My husband and I went in for a 3D/​4D Ultrasound last week and technician Melina was amazing! She received us with a smile and very kindly. She conversed with us and made us feel very comfortable. While she was performing the service she had a really positive attitude, talking and playing with the baby so that he would wake up, that was very cute and nice of her and we definitely appreciated it. Not to mention the quality of the pictures are phenomenal. We could clearly see what our son looks like! Sono Baby was definitely worth the experience and the price. Highly recommend it :)

I didn’t think it was worth the price. The packages that they have seem good but once you get there and realize that a «large gift bag» actually means just a 99 cents store gift bag, it’s shocking. I actually figured it meant they would give a gift, or samples. What do I need an empty gift bag for?
The quality of our pictures are good, but my baby slept the entire time. I wasn’t pleased but wasn’t even offered another visit to see her awake. I paid $ 160 and I feel like they could’ve been nicer/​more accommodating. The lady just seemed like she wasn’t interested, we were trying to talk to her and she kind of just brushed us off– not very welcoming given how much I paid. I wish I would’ve been offered a 2^nd visit because I didn’t see the baby moving or anything. It’s super disappointing. Why would I recommend this place to anyone? I spent a lot of money for this special moment and I know it’s not their fault my baby was sleepy but even before she started she mentioned that sometimes they offer the second visit.
We really wanted a monkey for our heart beat bear but the mini monkeys hole wasn’t big enough to fit the heart beat recorder. So we were forced to pay another $ 10 to upgrade to the larger one. Why have mini monkeys that you know don’t work for this? Supposedly, management knows about this issue, yet the monkey is still there disappointing pregnant women.
The office is super weird, you have to go up to 11 then go back down to 10 there are no signs, they don’t answer the phones and it’s not really an «office» it’s a room. Looks nothing like what they advertise. Super creepy actually– almost horror film ish.
I wouldn’t go back, I’ve had family go to a place in queens and love it. I think we are going to try the queens place. Don’t go here if you could find somewhere else. I’m super upset that I spent so much money for poor service.

When I came across their website I fell in love with the giraffe plush animal. I called right away to book my appointment for the $ 129 package Including the 4D sonogram. When I spoke to the sonogram tech she informed me that I was too far along (I was 38 weeks) and the sonograms were very unlikely to show clear images after 34 weeks. I was completely stuck on getting the giraffe plush animal with the heart beat for my baby’s nursery so I asked if I could just pay for that. She said she’d ask her superiors and give me a call back. She called me back and stated they usually do not book anyone for just a heart beat recording but she’d make the exception for me! I was ecstatic. At my appointment, she gave the 3D image a shot and was actually able to get clear images of my baby’s face! I was so amazed, it was beautiful! My friend was brought to tears! I believe her name was Onaida… It definitely began with an O. Not too sure but her customer service was amazing! Everyone loved the 3D images and I definitely recommend this location for any moms!

Okay. So let’s talk about the location first. The walk from the train station was really convenient. The building itself? A little hard to locate as I followed my gps on my phone and took me passed the location since they have a back (delivery side) to the location. Location itself is right between the restaurants, Starbucks etc before Duane Reade and the Panera Bread that’s under construction. So the check in of the building might throw you off a little. I was expecting a studio or a place of its own like a doctors office, dentist office etc but in this case, it wasn’t. You tell the security man at the front desk which floor you’re visiting and he ask you for an ID where he prints a visitors pass for you. So you go to the 11^th floor and you think okay, this is the place. As soon as you get to the 11^th floor, walk straight to the front desk and tell them you have an appointment with sonobaby studio. There, the ladies will tell you to take a seat. Then someone will call for your name at the elevator and you follow her downstairs to the 10^th floor where the actual studio is. I, myself was a little lost too but don’t worry, when you step inside their little studio, you’ll hear soothing baby music, and the decoration is very nice. The young lady, Leeanita who assisted me was extremely kind and explained to me all that was going on. And although my son wasn’t cooperating at that moment, she took her time with me and took care of me as much as possible. So thank you!
So one of the many other great things about this studio is that it has a policy where they let you retake the photos/​make another appointment if baby isn’t cooperating etc. and because my son wasn’t cooperating, I come in Wednesday and hope that my son will be cooperation more! Super excited! I strongly recommend this place!

So I found this place through Unilocal.I noticed all the good reviews so I decided to drive to manhattan from New Jersey just to go to this place. When I arrived to the building it was a little weird getting in, felt like tight security. Went up to 11^th floor where I had to sit by the elevators for about half hour past my appointment time.
Once we got into the ultrasound room it was uphill from there. The tech was really sweet, she was very helpful and patient with me. She really took her time and made sure to get the best images of my baby possible (even though my son was asleep). She kept telling me how cute my son was in his sleep and how much she loves what she does which made us feel so calm and really happy to have such a pleasant girl working on us. I was pleased with the images, pleased with the dvd and absolutely love the teddy bear that has my sons heartbeat recorded in it!
Great place. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an absolutely great and pleasant experience. The girl who did my sonogram was beyond nice. My husband and I were able to see our precious little boy. I would definitely recommend anyone to Sono Baby Studio, you won’t regret it. If I could I’d give more stars :-)

I am very pleased with my experience at Sono Baby. I went there to get 3D ultrasound and everything was lovely. My technician was very warm and professional. She took her time and was very patient. Baby was not cooperating in the beginning, but she knew exactly what she was doing and I got all my pictures. At the end of the session I was asked if I am happy with results and was offered to have another appointment for free if I did not like images that we were able to catch. I ended up taking the originals, because they looked absolutely precious. Wait time was less then 10 minutes, facility is very nice and comfortable.
I also went in to confirm the gender of the baby and was assured that my original predictions were correct and my baby girl will arrive soon.
I highly recommend Sono Baby to anyone who is interested in 3D pictures. You will not regret it.

I love their service! Yes the first day I went I had a little bit of a wait as before before me where a bit late but other than that it was great. Steffany and Damaris where great and very patience and professional. On my first try they couldn’t see the baby clearly as he was hiding right under my placenta as I had a previa. On my second try even though I ate and stuff my self, still baby was not cooperating. I thought I was goin to lose my money as it was my second try, but no they offer me a third and final try. I was thrill by this as I have a third chance. Finally my baby change position and my husband and I where able to meet our little boy. We are very greatfull for a third chance an we love sono baby for that. We have to understand that it is not the technician fault that the baby is in the wrong position or that our body is not cooperating. If we have another child I’m definitely coming back to Sono baby as they are professional and very patience.

I went there today for a 3D ultrasound. It was lovely. I had to wait about 30 minutes because of a double booking error, however it happens everywhere. I made the appointment today for today, so it did not bother me to wait a little bit.
Their current policy is that if they can’t get good pics, customers can come a second time at no extra cost for another try.
I didn’t have any problems — pics came out just fine and everything was wonderful.

All I can say is THANK YOU!!! My doctor expected me to wait another 3 weeks to find out my baby’s gender. I’m too impatient. I googled 3D sonograms and liked the packages offered by sonobaby. It was worth every penny. Because of them I didn’t have to wait 3 weeks and now know I’ll be having a beautiful baby boy. I couldn’t be any happier. Thank you again for your exceptional service!
