We needed a brand new central A/​C unit installed in a rehab we have in San Marcos. We shopped around to six different vendors and Gary Perkins with Refrigeration Anytime was the cheapest of all of the bids (by thousands of dollars compared to some).
Gary Perkins has been a professional in the industry for decades now. My real estate partner has also used him for his restaurants and speaks very highly of his work. He said that Gary Perkins would fix the A/​C issues that previous A/​C contractors could not seem to fix themselves.
They were on time and on budget with our rehab and I highly recommend them.
