I was actually shocked by how this branch of a huge bank like Chase could make me feel like I was at a small town standalone bank. Every single person on staff is exceptionally personable, pleasant, and professional. This speaks directly to the management style of the branch manager/​VP Jennifer Camacho. I may transact business at other branches around town, but the Broad street branch is far and away my favorite.
