Central Valley Screens is the best provider on installation and repair of window screens I have had the pleasure on having done to my home. The crew were courteious, prompt and willing to bend over backwards to my requests. I definately recommend this company to everyone.

I contacted Chris with Central Valley screens about 2 weeks ago because all my back screens of my house including three siding glass door screens had bent frames and ripped screens and I was getting at home appraisal and wanted everything new especially after painting my house. He suggested buying the more durable frame and using the solar screen on it due to the fact that I have a 14 month old son in the house that likes to try and get out. So I agree to that. He came the next day and measured everything out. He asked me to give him a week because he was going to custom order safety locks on the screen for my child and he had to build them all custom because I have an older house. Exactly one week later to the day he was at my house installing them. Oh and I forgot to mention he talked me into getting another sunscreen for the other half of my sliding glass doors to keep the Sun out on both sides of the window because my back house faces to the south so it has Sun all day and really heated up the house. After he installed them my house stay 10 degrees cooler and my son bounces up against them tries to open them does everything and they will not budge. Thank you central valley screens for the professional timely install and the great quality of work and products im sure these screens will last for years even with my son trying to open them all the time!

We have a huge event scheduled for this weekend and we needed a vanishing screen door installed. I called and scheduled an appointment two weeks out. The guy showed up late to do the estimate and then quoted me $ 150 more than a door I had previously done. Having no choice I agreed and he confirmed that it would be installed 11 days from then. We made massive arrangements to take the day off and be ready for their arrival. Again, we were counting on this being done by Friday at latest. At 6pm the night before the guy calls and says the door did not arrive, the factory was moving locations. I asked him if the door could be picked up, he said no. He said it could not be installed until next week, after the event. I asked him if he knew ahead of time of the plant closure, and he got angry, like it was my fault. He then said that he didn’t like MY attitude and said he was now refusing to do the job and would send my money back. There is now no way this can be done by anyone else in time for the event. Do not put any faith in this guy or his company. He will rip you off on the cost then not call you until the last minute. They need to understand they are not the only game in town and they will not stay in business treating customers in such a shoddy manner.
