Airtime Inflatables Inc

We have used Airtime Inflatables for the past few years, and have had great luck. This year, however, they had delivered an old beat up slide that would not properly inflate due to patchwork which was leaking. The slide was held together with blue duct tape because the Velcro was worn out. Within an hour, a child coming down from the slide had the blue duct tape stuck to his backside. Children were unable to slide down due to the mushiness of the slide. All of this was confirmed by the employee who picked up the slide at the end of the day. When the office was called Monday morning, they decided to take no responsibility for the poor quality of the slide, only offering an unknown credit for next year if upon inspection there deemed to be a problem. We will not be using Airtime Inflatables for future events.

Very easy to make a reservation and I had to cancel, they were very accommodating. I will definitely use them again.

I called. Asked for a specific inflatable for a specific date. It arrived on time. Left on time. What more can you ask for!!! Very happy and would DEFINITELY use them again.

Was very happy with my inflatable rental. Our slide/​jumpy was a huge hit with the kids, and the cost of the rental was a hit with mom and dad. My child has never slept so well after a few hours in that thing. It was delivered when promised, set up quickly, and then removed the next day.

My expectations were met when we rented from airtime for a party last spring. It was easy to reserve what if picked out on their website, and the bounce house was delivered on time and as expected.
I made the reservation quite a while ahead of time, so it would have been nice to get a confirmation phone call maybe a day or two before. Instead, when I called THEM to confirm (because I’d hate to not have it show up as expected) the guy seemed to think it was a little odd that I’d called. I guess most people just trust they have their act together? Not me :)
Anyway, all went well with the rental, and the bounce house was very clean. I wouldn’t have minded some niceties to make the rental experience more pleasant, though. The guy who answered when I called didn’t seem like he likes people all that much. Oh well, at least he was just dropping the thing off and not staying for the party ;)
