Business Owner

Joe Rossi, a graduate of Drexel University’s Computer Science program, began his career in 1981 as a software engineer for RCA Corporation. Joe quickly grew from an associate member of the engineering staff (AMES), to a member of the engineering staff (ME) and then to a Responsible Engineer (RE) with many software engineers in his group.

In 1988, Mr. Rossi co-​founded Eastec Software System and successfully grew the corporation by developing software applications to meet the business needs of the small to mid-​size companies. As President of Eastec, Mr. Rossi oversaw all business activities and provided engineering services for clients.

Today, as President of Abacus IT, Joe leads the company in its effort to provide superior IT service and real business solutions backed by exceptional customer service. It is this effort that has positioned Abacus as a leading information technology company in the tri-​state area.
