Terrible customer service, plus after 2 service visits (and 1 no show) Gary (the owner) still refuse to order the parts from the manufacture to honor a warranty on a unit that is less than 3 years old. Good luck trying to get service, a very inefficient run business that refuses to honor a manufacture warranty. I agree with the above review about the sarcastic tone. Every time I called it was not a «sorry for the inconvenience» the response was «sorry i don’t know what to tell you».

The reliability of A & G is at an all-​time low which pulled a no show on a hot day in GA. To think they would respond with an apology or attempt to correct the issue by coming out to the residence couldn’t be far from the truth.
After an attempted call to verify if anyone would come out, I realized the sarcastic tone of Gary’s (owner of company) voice that this would not happen. There is no decency with a company that refuses service (at this day in age) and inverts their response as «this is a busy time right now». Gary lacks integrity and you will do yourself an injustice to move forward with their services.
