What has happened to manners and civility? I like Panda Express. I don’t eat there all the time but I have«dined» at this location once every few months since it opened. Today I was craving the Orange Chicken. As I waited in line to be served with about another 5 people, a man came in the restaurant and jumped the line, ordering from the register. The counter staff took their focus off of us in line and waited on this guy right away. It was not a phoned in order. The guy asked questions about the menu which were answered in vivid detail by the lady at the register. As this scene dragged on, several of us asked the counter staff why they were waiting on this guy since he had jumped in front of everyone waiting patiently in line. The lady behind the counter acknowledged this, but said she could not do anything about it. The line jumper laughed and cussed as people in line called him a few choice words. The Orange Chicken was good. I got it to go. Welcome to ATL.

Food is tasty and they give you a lot of it. It is a step above your hole in the wall Chinese takeout. Less greasy too. It’s a decent lunch spot. Try the teriyaki chicken.

As you walk in you see a huge sign that shows orange chicken with bacon. Don’t expect it. Why advertise when you don’t have it to order? Got fresh rice, so that was a plus. This one is closer my house, but rather go to the one on Spring and Cumberland.

This was the second time eating here. There isn’t anything special about it– but it is sufficient if you’re wanting Chinese take out without spending a whole lot. The first time I ordered the orange chicken and fried rice with veggies as the 2nd entrée. It was pretty good. No complaints. My 2nd time was 2 days ago and it wasn’t bad but not as good as the 1st time. This time I had the same except the chicken was the sweet fire chicken. The orange chicken is definitely better and this time the rice was very dry. Nevertheless, I’d eat here again whenever I’m craving some cheap Chinese take out but wouldn’t be my very first choice.

Not impressed at all. I’ve gone to this location a few times and only once did I have respectable customer service. I have no idea where those three are now that gave it because they haven’t been there the last two times I visited. This time, the staff member didn’t even look at me to ask what I’d like to order, she yelled it while working on other things. I asked for a rice bowl and she gave me something else entirely. The time before that, a staff member thought I didn’t speak Spanish and said something not so kind about me of which I understood completely. As far as the food. It’s good. Some staff give more portions than others, some measure it out very carefully as I imagine that it’s a serious crime if you get too much protein. I trust I’ve just caught this team on bad days. 2 out of 5 visits have been quite nice.

Man do they pile on the food here. They gave me more Panda than I knew what to do with. Everything seemed fresh and was still hot when I got home. They asked all the right questions and didn’t just throw sauce all over everything. The workers were even making some jokes they seemed happy. It’s nice to go somewhere where people look like they’re enjoying working. Thankfully this Panda is nearby I’ll be back when the diet is over. See you in 2014 Panda.

I seriously love fast food, and I do understand the risk of eating quickly cooked frozen food; but this panda express gave me the worst heartburn I’ve had in years, bad enough to go home from work. its cool for fast food, and to snack on, dont eat too much, its expensive and afte the heartburn you wont be able to stand up from the toilet. OH. DEAR. GOD. WHY. Although the servers were awesome and entertaining, this review is only about the food.

Yes it’s a fast food joint, but I have yet to be let down. Staff is friendly, portions are big, place is clean. What more do you need?

I had the orange chicken and the Beef and broccoli with fried rice. I was EXTREMELY hungry so i’m not sure if that has much to do with it. I wanted thier lo mein but the noodles looked so dry! A few of the entrees looked bland, so thats why I stuck with the orange chicken/beefandbroc. Anywho, I gave it 3 star. It was just average, nothing to tell the world about!
