Comments on Perimeter Remodeling Siding Job Agreements & Outcomes They would not damage a prized cactus of my wife’s. The workers stomped all over it, likely killing it, causing my wife to cry. When asked who did it, the guilty party laughed in my face. A new crew was brought in. The salesman swore the first crew was the best they had and were actually Hardi Plank employees. The salesman promised to bring in a plant expert to help my wife save the cactus. No one has contacted us. They would cover a vent in the attic access that is no longer needed. They did not cover it in the regular course of the project which caused the painters to stop in mid job. It was ultimately covered and the painters could continue. This added a day to the project. They would do a professional siding job and I would be thrilled. I am not thrilled. The area in front of the main door looks like it was done with scraps. There are way too many joints for a wall of that size and the joints are not flush but have corners sticking out because the person attaching the siding did not take the time to make it right. The project manager would meet me the first day of the job. I have yet to talk to any company representative, despite calls, left messages, and a direct request made to the salesman. The roll off that was left in my driveway remained 2 days longer than necessary preventing our use of most of the driveway and creating a hazard. It was only removed when I asked why it was still there, and despite being promised at 8:30AM that it would be gone that day, it was another day before it was removed. The painters were picking up nails long after the siding crew had left. They mounted the doorbell 90 degrees out of alignment and hung a thermometer on the wrong wall. This activity requires drilling holes in the siding that do not hide easily with or without paint. The painters trim work leaves much to be desired. There are numerous over sprays and lines where they should not despite their use of tape and plastic. It appears they were in a hurry to finish the job. Prior to posting this critique, I contacted the office to offer them the chance to make it right. Nobody has called me and I gave them a week to do so.

I would not trust this company. Very unprofessional and don’t honor signed contracts. Scheduled a lot of work to be done on my home only to find out after they did half of it they where not going to complete the job because it was under quoted. Contracts, ethics, and professionalism mean nothing to them.

Perimeter Remodeling just completed extensive renovations on my home, including new energy efficient windows, Hardieplank lap siding, paint & gutters. I found the sales team to be extremely knowledgeable, informative and fair. Over the life of the project, Perimeter Remodeling sent a team of experts for each phase. Each team was polite, highly professional and provided top-notch workmanship. They all treated my home with respect and demonstrated high-level mastery of their individual expertise. After each phase was completed, the exterior of my home was left neat and clean. I was impressed by the work ethic of the company and of every worker. Perimeter Remodeling provided expert oversight and maintained consistent communication. I had been dreading the project, but Perimeter Remodeling gave me confidence and made it very easy. I am so pleased with my renovations and recommend Perimeter Remodeling with great confidence and without reservation.

The rep made all kinds of promises and none were kept. We signed with them, and planned to get the work done right away. Soon after, it was a snowball effect of errors. We were told we could walk away so many times that we finally did. They did not honor the written contract nor follow through with any promises of work. I will tell anyone I meet not to ever use this company.
