RELIABLE LIMOUSINE SERVICES

I work for a company and we bring people from out of the country all of the time and we ONLY ever use Reliable Limo. Amos is the best! His drivers are ALWAYS on time this is really important to us since we have foreigners coming in and out of the country. He will even accommodate you a ride at the last minute if you forget to call and reserve (which I have done plenty of times). They definitely live up to their name. I’ve never had a problem out of them they are always fast courteous and patient. Thanks again Amos at Reliable Limo :-)

I used their services to and from the airport in Atlanta. They were on time, the car was comfortable and the driver was courteous.
HOWEVER…
I was quoted a price of $ 55. The charge on my credit card was $ 71.
Both times I was assured that a receipt would be sent to me in advance of the trip. Receipts were not sent, until after the second trip, and even then only after repeated requeste from me. It turns out there is a «STC surch» of 8% (whatever that is) and a «Std. Grat» of 20%. I’m assuming the surcharge is legitimate, although I’m not sure. Although they should have told me about it when they quoted their fee. The gratuity is bogus, and I’m very unhappy they charged that without authorization. The tip should be up to the customer.
I believe the reason they were dragging their feet about sending the electronic receipts is that they know customers might disagree with the 20% gratuity. Frankly, I’m not sure if I’d mind it that much, although it seems a little excessive. What irks me is that they lied when they quoted the $ 55 rate — it sounded like a good deal, and I went with it. Adding the extra charges, secretly, and after the fact is simply dishonest.
