Terrible customer service. I only go there for convenience because my office is so close. But believe me, I won’t be going again. I’ve went twice for the breakfast sandwiches and the girl working is the rudest. They conveniently don’t have anything I ask for both visits. Done with this subway. I’ll drive 5 mins further to go to the one on cobb pkwy.

I love subway, but this is the worst subway I have even tried. When I arrived with a few friends, the single employee was outside smoking. Now I don’t have any problem with people smoking, but the restaurant was filthy. All the tables were dirty, the windows were dirty, the drink machine had dried coke all over it. Literally everywhere I looked was dirty. The employee seemed bothered that he had to stop smoking and make sandwiches. His shirt was untucked and dirty and hit tongue hung slightly out of his mouth even when he wasn’t talking. After he made the sandwiches, he just stood by the register and didn’t say anything. I looked down and saw the total on the credit card machine so I scanned my card. He handed me a receipt, then walk strait outside and lit another cigarette.

Pretty good. Unlike some of the other subways, they’ve always had the stuff i’ve wanted(ex. chicken, meatballs, etc.). Except for the cookies. The cookie selection is often pretty sparse. $ 6 sub of the month is usually a good choice to get for students on a budget.

This Subway is located at the corner of South Marietta Parkway(Georgia 120 Loop) and Franklin Road near Southern Poly. It’s in a small shopping center next to China Kitchen and Haveli Indian Cuisine. If I had to rank the food coming out of this shopping center, it’d probably look something like this: 1. China Kitchen 2. Subway 3. Haveli Indian Cuisine This Subway gets a fair amount of traffic from nearby office parks and students/faculty from Southern Poly. The restaurant is tiny and the floor layout is strange and unconventional because the storefronts in this strip mall are arranged in a jagged, zig-zag fashion. Regardless, it gets busy at lunchtime. The parking lot can get rather tight, but I’ve ultimately never had a problem finding a spot. The space is a bit cramped, so you may have to wiggle your way around to get in line, go the the fountain drink machine, etc. The fountain drink machine is old and sometimes, the ice maker doesn’t work. In those instances, I’ve seen a bucket of ice placed next to the machine. The storefront wall is floor-to-ceiling glass. I usually purchase a footlong and have tried many varieties from this store over the years. Of the $ 5 footlongs, the Black Forest Ham and Cold Cub Combo aren’t bad. The Cold Cut Combo consists of turkey-based ham, salami, and baloney. I used to get the Subway Club(turkey, roast beef, Black Forest ham) quite often. I almost always load my sandwiches with plenty of veggies: shredded lettuce, spinach, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, banana peppers, and cucumber slices, then add seasonings like salt & black pepper and oregano on top. I haven’t really found a preferred cheese or bread from Subway. I like them all about the same. The $ 4 Lunch is a good value and includes the aforementioned Black Forest Ham and Cold Cut Combo sandwiches. If I’m getting the $ 4 Lunch, I spring for the Spicy Italian, which comes with pepperoni and salami. The $ 4 Lunch includes a 6-inch sub + fountain drink. Service is fine.
