Executive Limousine and Sedan Service

We used them last night for our Christmas party. First we had a dinner party at a local establishment then we had the party bus with lights meet us there for a tour of the South Bay to see the Christmas lights.
The bus was even a little early, clean and everything in working order. The driver was professional yet friendly. The bars were well stocked and the sound system was awesome!
Everyone had a great time and the driver then took those who had partaken of the bars home as per our contract.
Everyone in our party got to have a great time eating, drinking and then have a safe ride home.
I would have given them 6 stars for exceeding our expectations

I had the most wonderful time this weekend in Executive Limousine’s party bus! The driver arrived promptly on time and was very kind! The bus was fabulously decorated in festive balloons and cups, as well as stocked with plenty of alcohol for all of my guests. I would definitely use this service again! I highly recommend them!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never been so disappointed in a company’s service in my life. I rented a party bus for my sister’s bachelorette party two weeks ago in May 2015. On arrival, the alcohol had hair in it. The emergency window latch popped out halfway through the first half hour.
After the first hour, the bus BROKE DOWN and left us STRANDED on the side of the road for ONE HOUR. While i continued to be put on hold and occasionally speak with Patricia during the one hour when my 21 guests and I were stranded, Patricia informed me she would provide our group a full refund due to the inconvenience.
The bus driver also personally informed me that Patricia failed to train him appropriately and he had no clue on how to operate that particular party bus. Patricia also on the phone kept stating «the bus driver should have never done that… he should have never left that on.» My group eventually had to pay an additional $ 76.00 to take UBER cabs to a new destination instead of being left stranded on the side of the road. Days later, Patricia’s tune changed and she came up with multiple excuses on why she would not provide a refund.
She failed to provide me any sort of refund and didn’t even pay for the ADDITIONAL $ 76.00 OF CAB RIDES THAT WE WERE FORCED TO TAKE DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR AND FAILURE TO TRAIN HER EMPLOYEES. I urge you to avoid renting or using her services or company. It was a disaster and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

I Love this company… they are so nice dependable and they pay attention to detail. I took my Mom to Dukes for her 70^th Birthday with the whole family… We had a blast! We got the Mercedes Sprinter… Better than a Limo! You can stand up and they even have a dance pole… FUN! I cant wait to rent again~ They even had Pink Balloons for a Decoration… Thanks for adding to our Beautiful Evening ! ~ XOXOOXO

LOVE LOVE LOVE Patricia and Steve!!! Was having a hard time finding a limo/​party bus for my sisters 40^th B-​day celebration. Since my sis decided to do something super last minute. After calling a bunch of other companies I stumbled on Executive Limousines. I was a bit skeptical but super desperate since we didn’t want to do the whole 5 hour minimum every other company had.
Patricia was able to offer us a split run for a really good price. Steve was on time to pick us up and super nice. We were having some trouble with the bar we ended up at and had him waiting around. The whole time he was super chill and so nice! Was right on time to pick us up at 1 a. m and offered to come earlier if needed. I will definitely be using this company for my future driving needs. The party bus for 30 people was AMAZING by the way! Even had balloons for my sis waiting inside!!!

I used Executive Limousine & Sedan Service last night for my son’s 21^st Birthday and they were fabulous! It started when I called and the owner Trish answered the phone and immediately emailed me a contract for what I needed. The car arrived early, fully stocked, and even had Birthday decorations inside. The driver, Charles was fantastic throughout the night. It was a perfect 21^st Birthday celebration, safe and cost effective! Thank you for the great service.

I’ve used Executive Limo for years for both personal and business and I have always been terrifically satisfied with each experience. Trish and her team are incredibly fair, helpful, and professional. I recommend them to friends and clients frequently and have never heard anything but praise.

We recently had an awful experience with this company. We were promised for a Tv, an IPOD station, clean and new bus or limo for our party. But we got a very old, smelly, dirty bus and on top of it, nothing was working including the Ipod station. The manager, her name is Patricia, was very rude and very unprofessional. She asked us to pay for the stuff that was damaged by the people who used the bus the night before! We were very disappointed… That bus and the way she handled everything was a nightmare experience! I wouldn’t use her services even if she gives me for free.

for the Temecula wine tour and it was awesome because we got an extra 2 hours without any additional charge. There was complimentary wine in the limo and our driver was soooo sweet and funny. I did this tour with several girlfriends and it was such a good experience. Not included in the offer was also a free wine tasting that was just thrown in for free!!! It was an amazing experience and I would do it agian in a heartbeat.

I’m a photographer and had a project to shoot in a party bus. I came to them based on their flawless review from another website and the fact that the owner, Trish, was very accomodating. She and her staff went miles to make sure I get what I needed.

We had Executive Limousine pick us up from our wedding reception and we loved our driver, Ed. He was on time, helpful, and an all around great guy. It was the perfect end to a perfect day…

I purchased a Google Offer deal for Executive Limo that was supposed to be a 2-​hour ride with champagne. It was awful from the beginning to the end. They were unorganized and sent us a car that fit half of the people we told them we needed to accommodate. We requested in writing 4 times, as well as called 5 or 6 times to confirm that we needed a 10 person limo. Although we only used an hour of the 2 hours for the leg to the event, they charged me over-​time for the ride back. They charged me the over-​time without ever contacting me or getting authorization because they had my credit card information.
It was supposed to be a special treat for my fiancé’s birthday, not a source of frustration and discontent.

They were prompt and it was a very smooth ride. Driver was nice and knew the city. Can’t wait to try one of their mega stretches or their party bus!

Absolutely fabulous service. Trish the owner was amazing. Honest, reliable, easy to get a hold of. The driver was early, professional. Everything was absolutely top notch. Would definitely use them again.
