If I could give Chris 6 stars I would! ******I am a local Realtor and had been having issues with my 5 year old laptop. I decided that it makes more sense to upgrade to something newer and faster rather then waiting for my hard drive to crash and be out of business for a few days. I have heard good things from a few friends that have used him and also looked him up on Unilocal to get more validation. I called Chris and he helped me decide on the perfect computer for my needs. After the computer arrived I called Chris to help with the set up. Chis came to my house and spend about 4 hours walking me through everything and getting everything set up properly. The next day I had a few more questions and was available right away to help me. He logged into my computer and took care of some tweeks I wanted done. So refreshing to have someone that arrives on time, super responsive and talks like a normal human being. He does not come off like some super techy big word guy. Down to earth guy with the knowledge and skills to take care of any computer issue you could have! Highly recommend and the best choice for all your computer needs! Thanks Chris!

I would like to echo what the other raters have already shared about Chris. This guy is a professional. Like others, I came across Chris following somebody else’s error (which resulted in a loss of my precious data) From the beginning, Chris’ primary concern was my data and what he could do to restore as much of it as possible. It wasn’t about «well my rate is X» or «you’re totally screwed.» It was «While I can guarantee you won’t get everything back, I will do my best to maximize it.»
Chris spent many hours on the project and kept me posted throughout the process. He asked the types of questions that demonstrate that he cares and is thoughtful. In the end, I was extremely pleased at the success he had with my issue. I plan to contact Chris for all of my technical needs going forward. Once you find somebody this good, you tend to stick with him. I just wish he had been my first call.

Couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. This guy is great. He’s professional, follows up quickly and when he says he will. Since I’m in the marina, he picked my laptop up last night and dropped it off this afternoon for no additional charge. He solved my problem and other minor issues at no additional charge.

I cannot recommend Chris more highly. He has saved me on multiple occasions when my computer was not cooperating and I had crucial deadlines. His professional demeanor, know-​how and rates are across the board exemplary. I will hire him again, and again.

Chris is amazing. He did a very complicated security camera installation when my business moved. He made sure that I could view my cameras remotely on my iPhone, iPad and laptop. This was the first time I met Chris and he went out of his way for me during that installation and on every other service call he’s made for me since. I am a small business so everything that goes wrong seems to be a major catastrophe. Every time I call Chris it’s an emergency. If my security cameras are down, it’s a major problem. Chris realizes this and he always makes time to squeeze me into his schedule.
My most recent catastrophe occurred thanks to AT&T. Their internet service was acting up and they sent me techs who had no idea what they were doing. They ended up disconnecting my security cameras, among other things. AT&T’s «experts» were not able to fix what they broke so I had to call in the real expert — Chris. It was actually hilarious. The AT&T guys were asking Chris questions. Chris was actually giving them a lesson.
It just goes to show that Chris knows his stuff. There is nothing that stumps him. He gets the job done very efficiently and very quickly. His prices are very fair and he is very respectful of his customers and their business. I am so grateful that I found Chris. I no longer panic when I have an IT issue. I know that all I have to do is call Chris and he will take care of it very quickly for me.

Chris was the closest choice for me and most likely the best one, I got personalized help with my android phone, and although not everything could be fixed, I’m quite happy with the result, since he showed me my options and some helpful tips about messing with my phone’s «brains».

My computer went down at my business Bennys Tacos in Venice and as we all know my pos machine will not take credit cards, so i called Marina Point Tech Support.
I must say that Chris came over asap, and took care of all our issues. A day loss for us would have been about $ 2800.00.
He saved us.
Now the company is taking care of all our home and businesses computers. A great company with great service.

I needed to have my old laptop completely copied onto my new laptop and additionally have the windows 8 made to work like windows 7. I also needed this done over the weekend before the work week started– Chris worked till 4am to get this done. Apparently the task was far more time consuming then we both anticipated as there was a massive amount of data and programs to be transferred and configured, and my previous IT guy had countless outlook account files spread across random folders on my pc. I also added to the complication because I did not remember any of the passwords for the accounts on the computer and he had to «recover» them. He was super patient with my level of computer illiteracy and I would absolutely use him again!

Chris has saved my neck a few times now.

Chris is an invaluable asset when it comes to computer tech support. I have been using him for years and he is simply the best.

I had two tech problems:
1. My PC was acting erratic.
2. My network, with multiple iOS, a Mac and PC was messing up.
The technician, Chris, was very nice. He explained things easily. I marveled at how Chris was able to quickly diagnose the problem and then, go about fixing it.
He was at my home for only an hour and resolved all my issues (as well as a couple I wasn’t aware of).
Can’t go wrong using Chris.
