Ozzie was EXTREMELY helpful in finding the right helmet for me. He took a lot of time explaining to me the differences in each model I picked up, and recommended a model I was happy with. The staff were all very friendly, and were keen to hang out and talk about bikes. Overall, this is a clean, friendly, effective shop with experienced, knowledgeable staff.

I had a stubborn issue with my dirtbike, and brought it in to Steve Seidner in service. He was very straightforward and direct, and I could tell he was already on top of the problem. Yet after a couple days we discovered this was a very troublesome hot start issue. All the testing and diagnoses were not yielding progress. But finally, after some time and patience they fixed it. They kept after it and did not give up. The bike was actually way better than before I had brought it in. Very competent and honest. The dealership is actually a wealth of knowledge, experience and manpower. Steve was very thorough. Now the machine is just a screamer of sensational delight. Additionally, Ozzie in parts is just a sage of wisdom and extremely helpful and marvelous to interact with. Thanks guys! I’ll be baaaaaack.

I’ve only ever come here for service work on my 05 Honda Shadow, but I’ve always been satisfied. Their prices are fair as far as dealerships go, and they do a great job.
One big plus — I’ve never felt that they were pushing me to do more than was necessary. For example, I went in this morning and said that something in the rear end was hanging up and slowing me down. After diagnosing the problem (brake drum needed cleaning & adjusting), all Oscar charged me for was the hour of labor to dismantle the area. No trying to make me buy new brake shoes or anything.
Service & parts departments are great. If you’re looking for a solid place to get work done, look no further than PCH Powersports.

My son and I went in to look at motorcycles. I know nothing about them, and Michael (the owner) and his team were amazingly patient with my hundreds of questions. No rush, even though we we arrived shortly before closing. No pressure. Really, it was an absolute pleasure. I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name who runs the rental department, but he was awesome. He was off the clock, but hung around, talked to my son about motorcycles, most importantly, motorcycle safety. Also, Steven in the repair shop gets major props for answer questions to these newbie owners. Thank you Pacific Coast Highway Powersports! I am glad we found you, will recommend you to friends, and will definitely be back.

I went here with my girlfriend to get a starter bike for her. Michael and Arthur were really helpful and worked out a great deal on a Honda Grom for us. These guys really love bikes. Couldn’t be happier!

I started coming here because it’s literally the closes Vespa dealership in my area. I vividly recall storming into their store irate and stressed because my Vespa (that I recently bought via craigslist) was no longer starting after 2 weeks of having the thing. Their staff reassured me they would be able to figure out what’s wrong and have it up and running in no time.
As promised, I got my Vespa back a few days later in amazing condition. They told me I put too much oil in there my Vespa which resulted in my engine being clogged or something like that. Anyway, their service team looked out in a major way and didn’t even really charge me much to fix it.

So, I bought a Honda off these guys about a decade ago, and then just today bought a Vespa — apparently the new owner took over a couple of months back, and that’s when the name changed.
Sales-​wise, these guys are great. Really friendly, good about answering all those stupid questions people who don’t ride all the time will have, and their prices seem pretty standard. Financing is through some external company, and doesn’t offer great rates, but that’s kinda standard.
As far as accessories, they have a fairly good selection for guys, but not so much for women. If you’re a dude you can probably find something that works for you, if you’re a chick you probably want to look elsewhere.

The service side is so incompetent, rude and mercenary that right after my recent negative experience I posted a one-​star review, merely giving a one paragraph synopsis and venting about what a bad vibe this place left for me, personally. Life is to short to dwell on rude incompetents like PCHPS repair side, so I was brief.
Unilocal removed my One-​Star review. They said it lacked sufficient detail.
Okay, here’s what ticked me off: Without naming names, the PCHPS personnel do not feel any need to explain themselves or their diagnosis. In my experiences, they are consistently uncommunicative during long waits (won’t even give a simple acknowledgement like, «We’re really backed up, we’ll get to you as soon as we can») and after they fail to resolve an issue, requiring you to return, they won’t acknowledge having wasted your time and money.
After previously having them misdiagnose my ignition problem and treat me like I was a nuisance for bringing them an issue beyond their skill level, I found a more competent shop even though it is farther away. Then, recently, I low-​sided and broke my mirror. That seemed simple enough. So I was lazy and took my chances by returning to PCHPS thinking maybe they could have improved. For heaven’s sake it was just a mirror!
They quoted me $ 180 in labor to remove the frozen bolt because the threading had snapped at the base of the mirror stem. I had my doubts due to the previous bad experience. So I contacted a manager I’ve gotten to know, who works at the less convenient location, because he has long experience in shops all over LA and seems to know how to get results. He then told me he called someone higher-​up at PCHPS and asked them to cut me some slack. As he knows, I never try to second guess hard working mechanics and I don’t expect perfection. Mechanics don’t cause your frustrating experience. For the most part (PCHPS being the exception; giving the rest a bad name) mechanics are there to get us back riding, which most of them also do in their spare time.
So, immediately after the other manager called a higher-​up at PCHPS word then went over to the insolent repair manager that it was okay for him to cut me some slack and let his guys play it straight on this one. Voila! Just like that, the supposedly frozen bolt was removed within minutes at minimal charge beyond the price of the new mirror. No special job was needed after all to remove the broken stem. Nice to have juice!
While I was glad to have avoided a ripoff, and not much was at stake this time, it stirred up in me the burning resentment from being a sucker in the past, which had made me swear this place off even though I live close by. Had I not been let down on that past repair they would have «got» me on this one for sure. And then Unilocal removed my experience for venting without sufficiently specific detail. Yeah. .. right!
Even the worst place can’t mistreat everyone. So I don’t doubt all those 5-​Star reviews are genuine enough. And I love looking at their new bikes during long waits; so nothing bad to say about PCHPS’ sales side. However, I do wonder: how many 5-​Star reviews get removed for not going into enough specifics?!

Kudos to Arthur (rental specialist) at PCH Powersports. Handled or Eaglerider rental with real class. Answered our questions, hustled to get our bikes ready to go, and gave us good directions to hit the road with. Was there smiling big when we got back. Thanks Arthur!

I have to say pch powersports has been really good to me. I purchased two Honda ctx’s here.
The first was a 700 which I rode for almost 2 years.
The second is the 1300 and I can’t get off of it.
The deals have been great. The service is topnotch.

We have nothing but great things to say about our recent rentals. The rental process was very smooth and Arthur was a fantastic person to work with. All of the paperwork and rates were clearly described so we had no surprises.
We had a small mishap with one of the rentals scrapping the curb which caused some minor damage. Of course we were honest about the damage and Arthur was very professional about the situation. He provided a fair market retail price to replace the damaged part and went as far as to not charge us labor! Admittedly this repair was rather simple, so larger issues may require more work and money — but this was unexpected and much appreciated. Arthur is the man!
We will definitely rent from Eagle Rider for our next SoCal/​PCH trip

Just purchased a brand-​new Honda CBR. Rico was very helpful the place has a very knowledgeable staff. They worked on getting me a good deal on my bike and they offered free Diet Coke.
I was on the fence if I was going to make a purchase but then Rico offered me a free Diet Coke. Let me tell you that really made the difference. Not only did they find a great deal on my new motorcycle but offered me a refreshing beverage.
I recommend Pacific Coast Hwy., Powersports for all of your motorcycle needs and for when you need a Diet Coke.

I came to PCH after looking on cycle trader and seeing a few motorcycle’s that I liked here. Being new to LA and not in the best Financial situation the sales team and finance team where determined to get me on a bike and they did! I will be buying my next motorcycle from here for sure and will be getting my bike serviced here as well.

I’m in the process of obtaining my motorcycle license (yay!), and thus wanted to get a starter bike to start practicing on. After shopping around at different dealers, I discovered this venue and sent an email inquiry about a certain bike. I got a call back from the Sales Manager, Roman, who answered all of my questions and we made an appointment for me to stop by and take a look around.
A novice when it comes to these matters, everyone on staff was incredibly helpful and patient. They set me up with an incredible bike (Kawasaki Vulcan S), connected me to a great insurance agent, hooked me up with the necessary gear with amazing discounts, and delivered the bike for free.
I wasn’t at all intimidated by the sales staff, whereas I generally feel a bit pushed around by dealers. Everyone was incredible cool and went above and beyond as far as I’m concerned. I learned that the store just shifted management, and I think it was a great move. This place is a gem for both experienced and novice riders looking for the perfect ride, tune up, gear, etc. Highly, highly recommended. ;)

I have been using these guys for a decade.
They will get you any parts for any bike and not try and twist you arm to buy anything you didn’t come for. They try and get you out as quick as possible and your treated like family. I have always waited for «ozzy»
To help me just because he’s the «Og» behind the counter and is fast, friendly, knowledgable and we always share a few laughs and I leave smiling. I’m always happy to see him there and my laughs with him have kept me coming back for my parts and bike Servises. Thanks guys!

I bought a new Drain plug for a used pump cover. Service department told me the new plug would not fit in the used part because the threads were stripped. That took a
week.

I have used this shop for my scooter needs for the last couple of years. Mostly buying accessories and parts. I had a good experience. Some months ago, the shop was sold and I bought a new battery from the new ownership and I was happy with the service. So, a few days ago, I returned with the carburetor for my Yamaha Vino 125. I needed a new one. The new owner was super nice. He did not have one in stock and offered to order one for me but it would take a week. Too long to wait, so he suggested I take it to a shop that could rebuild it. He referred me to a shop in Bellflower who had the thing rebuilt in 3 days at ¹⁄₃ of the price of a new one.
For this awesome customer care, I have to complement PCH Powersports. I think the owner did a very nice thing!

These guys had a TWO-​star rating, but they recently changed their name and started a new account. Totally not fair.
I went to them with their two star review because they were the closest place to have my biked towed to. I have a Kymco People. I have now learned that it’s better to spend the extra money to get a tow to a farther place.
They were horrible communicators the entire 1.5 MONTHS my bike was in there.
At first they fixed my bike, gave it back to me, and then it didn’t start the very next day.
I took it in again and they spent a whole month on it– waiting for some parts from China they said would surely fix it.
The very next day after I got it back for the second time, the bike stalled out while I was at a red light far from home and wouldn’t start again. I was totally stranded.
I am now out $ 400, a lot of time, and my bike still doesn’t run AT ALL!
I have called, left messages, and wrote them letters. They have not returned any of my correspondence, and I’m taking it to the Better Business Bureau right now.
Save your time and money.

This place is great. Have been here quite a few times now and every experience has been a good one. From the customer service to the parts department, even bought a few bikes here as well.
They are very honest people here, they really seem to know what there talking about when it comes to your bike. They have knowledgable staff to help you with gear and helmets to help better fit your riding needs.
They have a huge selection of new and used bikes to come and check out. and there parts department is pretty filled with and the goodies.
