History
Established in 1980.
My law practice has always been about helping people, and litigation. I started out practicing in the Mass. criminal law courts, and family law courts. I did a lot of trials to establish my street cred, and to obtain invaluable experience. For thirty (30) years I have been representing middle and upper middle class individuals and families deal with sensitive, delicate and serious legal issues within my areas of expertise. I have now been doing Bankruptcy Chapter 7, and Bankruptcy Chapter 13 for nearly 20 years, and litigation within the context of Bankruptcy. I also represent clients who have clearly been damaged by negligent representation in legal proceedings in the area of Legal Malpractice. All of these areas require sharp litigation skills, patience, and considerable knowledge of law and procedure. Through the years I have honed these skills while protecting the rights of my clients.

Business Owner
I was born in Springfield, MA, where I attended and graduated from Classical High School. I soon went on to college, and the Law School at Western New England College. I have traveled extensively through Central and South America, lived for a year in Florence, Italy, and traveled to the Philippines. I am an avid reader of books and periodicals, and work hard to keep up with the constant changes in the law. I am also very active, doing a lot of bicycling year round, mountain climbing, and beach-combing. I love the Great Outdoors.
