This man should change areas of law. He should not be handling emotional divorce cases, as he lacks empathy. He was late in filing my initial complaint, made promises that he could not keep, and did not react to the opposing side. (Later, I learned that he ignored discovery requests). He would never call me back to assure me once the opposing side was served. 9He did not have mine address when he wanted to bill me. He also moved a hearing date for court without consulting me, and this meant I would have delayed alimony. In the end, I wanted him to withdraw; he then held my files without sending them on to me. It was a huge mistake to retain him for a highly complex divorce.
