These guys rock. They gave me such a solid deal on used car (internet) purchase, I turned around and bought another car for my daughter, the very next day. Honest, no B.S. all the numbers made sense. And great follow-​thru on everything promised. The sales Managers Alan, and Blake are the best. My sales person Duane is a pro. Call him for personalized, certified, professional service.

I’m giving them one star because I can’t give them zero. Buyer beware. If they will lie about something easy to check how can you trust them behind closed doors?
Here’s the story. I’ve been looking for an AWD 2016 Mazda CX-​5 for several months. Now living in Florida they are a bit hard to find. Started an Internet search and found what I thought was a great price here at Passport.

Well, they contact me the same day via e-​mail and tell me the «internet price» does not include the two packages! What? So, from their add of $ 4419 off the MSRP you need to add back in the $ 3000 in options! Oh you can find that buried in the fine print but does «Bait and Switch» mean anything to them — no, they are happy to advertise a price then add back in $ 3000 off their advertised $ 4419 off MSRP and not even blink. How can this make any sense? It doesn’t.
By the way, I bought exactly what I was looking for at Brown’s Mazda for a great price the next day.

Alan and Mark are awesome. They put you in a car you want. They are not too pushy, they are just awesome! They will work with you to get you the price, and will find a a car of they don’t have it. The whole staff was very friendly. I love my CX 5!

The pleasure of buying my first new car has turned into a nightmare. I bought a certified pre-​owned Mazda3 on July 20 from Mark, Alan and Rob. At closing I was offered and I bought an extended warranty with a $ 0 deductible. After I left the closing office, Rob, the closing agent said that I had to sign an additional document to complete the warranty agreement. Later, I found that this agreement was for a TOYOTA extended warranty that required a $ 100 deductible. When I called the warranty administrator last week – almost 1 month later – to inquire about the status of the warranty agreement application, the company had no record of an application on my behalf. When I told Rob about the situation and requested a cancellation and refund, he said my warranty would be administered by Mazda’s warranty administrator but that I could still have a refund sent to my loan provider after 6 – 8 weeks if I came in to sign a cancellation document. When I called Warrantech, Mazda’s exclusive warranty administrator last week – almost 1 month after my purchase – the company representative told me that no application has been submitted for my vehicle on my behalf.
I have requested a cancellation of the warranty agreement and a refund as well as other documents related to my purchase. I still have not received those documents more than one month after my purchase. Also, I was charged over $ 200 to register my car in the District of Columbia when I could have paid just $ 7 to transfer the tags from my previous vehicle to this new one. When I called the DC DMV last week – more than 1 month after my purchase– to inquire about the status of my vehicle registration, I was told that there is no record of a registration application for my vehicle on my behalf. Since then I have also requested a refund of the excess registration fees. I have received no responses in writing as I have asked from Alan, Mark or Rob since I have been communicating with them by email for my records of these events.
