Greasy, cheesy, Jersey pizza. The Garden State is the place to go for pies and this is definitely a place to check out if you’re in the area.

Love this pizza place, as close as you can get to NY pizza outside of NY!

Great pizza for NJ. I love puzza being from NY, but Sals pizza is very close. By far the best pizza i ever had in NJ.

Love this place! Always have. Discovered Sal’s in the 80’s and frequented it then. I moved to L.A. in the mid 90’s, so everytime I visit my family in Jersey, I always stop by Sal’s. The panzarotti’s are to die for!!!

Cheesesteak hoagie fix! I finally got my hands on a cheesesteak hoagie, which has been craved all week long. Loved it, it definitely hit the spot for the night. Wish I could have had ketchup on my sandwich but it was still all around a great tasting sandwich.

They have great panzarottis, which are fried pizza turnovers. Panzarottis are rare items in the pizza/Italian world, & are practically unheard of outside the NJ/NY/Phili area. The inside filling is hot, cheesy, saucy & yum. Remember the taste for a long time! Their NY style pizza slices are also very good. Service is fast. There is seating. A small parking lot.

OMG, We love their pizza! Consistent. Never had a bad order. Their cheesesteaks and meatball sandwiches are up there with the best in the area. It’s the reason they’ve been in business for so long. Good food, good prices and good people.

Good pizza. Wish they were a bit closer to home. 10 to 15 min drive to get there and by the time I get home it’s cold.

I’ve been coming here for years. The pizza, wings and cheese steaks are wonderful. I oreder extra sauce for everything. The only downside, is my family is in love with the garlic knots. They tend to run out often and they only make one batch per day. Sice they run out often, they should make an additional batch, so they always have some.

Good, quality traditional pies with neither pomp nor circumstance. Fresh tasting & reasonable, Sal’s is a quick & consistently good bite when you’re heading to or fro. Girls are friendly, helpful & courteous. Clean dining room & great location make Sal’s a quick regular stop on our regular Trader Joes run.

I ordered 3 pizzas for delivery. It took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive and it was cold. I won’t waste my time with this place again.

I’m am very discriminating about pizza. If it isn’t extremely good then it isn’t worth the calories! Sal’s has VERY good pizza. It’s the perfect proportion of sauce to cheese and the dough is GREAT. They are super generous with the toppings. The 2 slices of pizza and drink for $ 2.75 can’t be beat! Some cry about needing cash but it’s worth a trip to pull out the cash to get cash! And I am someone who doesn’t even carry change. Of course, I’d go more if there wasn’t a debit/credit card minimum…

It’s a shame to rate Sal’s at only a three. I do so based solely on inconvenience. The food here is good, slightly overpriced but nevertheless it’s good food. We typically only order pizza and occasionally stop in around lunch time BUT they will turn you away if you do not have cash.($ 10 minimum to use a credit card) Now this would make sense because I guess they are considered a mom’s and pop’s however it’s a HUGE inconvenience! Also, according to the law they are not suppose to place a minimum on debit cards. I’m so annoyed that I have considered finding a different local pizza shop.

This is my second time — first time was easily four stars but tonight the pizza was undercooked — both of them. The flavor was good but didn’t overcome the doughy center.

Little pizza restaurant stuck in a tiny plaza on main st in marlton off rt 70⁄73 across old Olgas diner They have the BEST wings(non traditional) with a great seasoned breading. Buffalo sauce served on the side, they are so tasty. We usually order 50 wings a week for delivery along with pepperoni panzarottis. I haven’t tried anything else but they’re always busy! Quick delivery and pick up service

A Marlton Hidden Gem!!! Best local pizza joint in the area!!! Never had a bad meal! They have really good chicken/steak sandwiches! Pizza’s are delicious! great sauce & cheese! The only thing I wish they would do is switch to real Kraft Cheese Wiz! If you put that on their cheesesteaks it would taste like a Jim’s steak on South Street. Real wiz make a huge difference! If you have never had a fried panzarottis you must try one! Strombolis & garlic knots are great too! Great food & great prices! Check out the specials when dining in!

The kids working there must’ve thought I was crazy wearing a smile non-stop entering in nostalgia palace, or otherwise known as Sal’s pizza. I grew up down the street. I moved before I went to Cherokee, but I know what I missed out on. Here I return 14 years later, a full grown adult wondering what I’d be like with my own family here. It’s a great little town… but enough about this. The real deal here is of course the Panzarotti. I can’t find it anywhere else, been to Chicago, Florida, a handful of other places. The SAME taste that it was 14 years ago, is still there today. Amazing, check it out.

This is an update based on new foods that I have tried. 1) The wings — two different styles. Ask for the Pub Wings — there are your«traditional» wings. The Originals are Breaded/Boneless wings. The Pub wings are SOO crispy. Ask for hot — great flavor. When you get them as carryout/delivery, they put the sauce in a seperate container for you to mix when you eat them — smart! This keeps the wings crispy and refrain from getting soggy. 2) Strombolis. Very good! Great flavors and is more than you could ask for in size. Get the«The Works.»
